         *Jimin's point of view* 

The next morning instead of hitting snooze on my alarm clock like I normally do, I got up before it even went off. As I start to get ready for the day, I start to feel a little nervous. I'm not sure why though because like I told jin, this is not a date.

I mean, for all I know Ava could try to run as soon as we get out in public. Now that I think about it, I'm not sure that this is a good idea. She could easily tell someone that she's being held here against her will.

As I start getting dressed, the only thing I could think about all of the things that could go wrong. I grabbed my keys off my nightstand and went to the living room and turned on the TV. About five minutes later Ava came down the stairs dressed in dark skinny jeans and a t-shirt.

"Okay I'm ready to go whenever you are" she says as she enters the living room.

"Let's go". I stood up with my keys in my hand and started walking towards the garage. As soon as we get in the car my nerves start to kick in. Hopefully she doesn't try to pull anything.

             *Ava's point of view*

  Driving down the road makes me realize how much I wanna go home. It feels like I've been trapped in that house for years. Even though the boys have been nice, that doesn't make this okay.

I was hoping that Luke would have already came to get me by now. I hope he's okay, I really miss him. My friends are probably wondering what happened to me. If only they knew then maybe they could save me.

For the past couple days I've been doing alot of thinking. What's going to happen to me if Luke doesn't get the money. I've heard Luke talk about them before. He said that they were very dangerous people. That they're all in some kind of gang. They've done some pretty awful things from what I understand.

Luke said that they're all psychopaths , unable to feel any kind of remorse. They've committed almost every kind of crime there is, including murder. So no matter how nice they are, I have to make sure to never trust them.  

"We're here", jimin's voice snaps me out of my thoughts. We were at a big shopping mall, one that I've been to many times with my friends. We get out of the car and go to the big doors in front of the food court.  

"Can we get ice cream" I ask as I spot the ice cream shop.

"Yeah, what kind do you want?", Jimin replies while walking towards the counter in the shop.

"A strawberry ice cream cone", I tell him as we wait in line.

"Hi what can I get for you?", The young girl asks from behind the counter.

"I want a chocolate ice cream cone with two scoops", jimin tells her.

"And what about you beautiful" she says while smiling at me, making me blush.

"She wants a strawberry ice cream cone with two scoops", jimin replies before I can even say anything.

"Are you two dating?" The girl asks while scooping out the ice cream.

"Uh, no we're not" I tell her.

"So your single? Maybe we could hang out sometime". She says while handing us our ice cream.

"Yeah maybe, have a nice day" I reply while trying to stop the redness that was coming across my face.

We walk out of the shop, and jimin notices something on the wrapper on my ice cream cone.

"What is that?" He asks.

I take the wrapper off and read what's written on the paper. It has a phone number with a name underneath it.

"Uh, I think it's that girl's phone number". As soon as I tell him he takes the paper out of my hands. After reading it he crumbled it up and put it in the trash can near by.

"Hey why'd you do that for?"

"Ava were you really gonna call her, why do you care"

"I don't know, maybe. She seemed really nice. It's not your place to tell me who I can and can't talk to. You had no right to do that"

"Drop the attitude or I'll take you home and never bring you anywhere again".

"Fine"

As we were walking past the food court I see two familiar faces entering the woman's bathroom.

"I have to use the bathroom, wait right here". Before jimin has the chance to say anything I walk to the woman's room.

When I enter relief floods over me when I make eye contact with my friend.

"Oh my God Ava Luke told us everything. We went to your apartment to check on you since you weren't answering your phone and he told us. We've been looking for you, but couldn't find you. How did you get here, did they let you go?" Jordan asked while Carmen walked out of one of the stalls. Jordan and Carmen are my best friends, we've known each other since middle school.

"No, one of them brought me here and I saw you guys and told him I had to go to the bathroom"

"We can't let you go back with him, you can come home with us" Carmen says.

"That's probably not a good idea. He's waiting right outside and if he sees me try to go with you something bad will happen. They're really dangerous and I don't want you guys getting hurt".

"What are we gonna do. We need to get you away from them" Jordan replied.

"I don't know. I'm going to think of something I promise. But I need you to tell Luke that I'm okay, and that I'm waiting for him. And make sure he's feeding Tuck, I normally feed him because Luke forgets" (AN: Tuck is the name of her cat).

"Okay love, stay safe. We'll see you soon", Carmen says.

I walk out of the bathroom and see jimin standing by the door.

"Where are we going now" I ask him.

"Well I remember you saying you like reading so I thought we could go to the book store."

Excitement floods through me as we walk through the doors. After about 30 minutes I have 10 books in my arms and walk to the checkout counter. Jimin pays for the books and holds the bag of books. Before we leave the store jimin's phone starts to buzz.

He pulls his phone out of his back pocket and sighs after reading what it says. "Okay we've gotta go home now, jin said there's an emergency".

"What kind of emergency?"

"I'm not sure, but it sounds serious so we have to hurry"

As soon as we got in the car jimin speeds down the road, trying to get to the house as fast as he could.

AN: Lots of things happened in this chapter, and two new characters were introduced. Sorry for ending on a cliffhanger but this chapter would be way too long if I would have kept going.
