i found this tag on tumblr and it's pretty perfect. so let's get going on this halsey-inspired tag!

CASTLE: so many things. but specifically, people who chew loudly, people who think popularity makes them better than everyone else, liars, people who make promises and break them, when you read a book and it's amazing but the sequel doesn't come out for a year, and a lot more

HOLD ME DOWN: i'm actually a christian (my dad used to be a pastor so i was at church a lot). but i don't care what religion my friends are (i have several atheist friends and we're tight)

NEW AMERICANA: when i went to hawaii for the second time, there were a bunch of lava rocks lining the coast. so one side was a straight up wall of rock and the other was the crashing waves. and i climbed close to half a mile of lava rocks (avoiding crabs while doing so) in a bikini. my feet were all cut up, but i reached this long stretch of rocks that went pretty far out into the ocean that were near-impossible to get to. so i jumped over a deep gap between rocks about fifty feet above the ocean. i just let go of everything and jumped.

DRIVE: yes

HURRICANE: i love going to the beach and having a hurricane. not like a full-on hurricane; that would be dangerous. but i went to the beach once and a hurricane was coming (i left before it actually arrived) and it was so windy and rainy. i rode a bike on the beach before the hurricane rolled in and it was joy-mixed-with-terror feeling. i also love like 70-80 degree weather (Fahrenheit) and sun

ROMAN HOLIDAY: i really want to go to england (which i'm doing this summer!)

GHOST: no. i want to date people, but i don't ever plan on getting married

COLORS: i've always loved blue, but i love red and yellow, too

COLORS PT. 2: there's this pukish shade of green in the crayola crayon box that i've always hated

STRANGE LOVE: i've had several crushes and once, it felt like i was in love (but he moved to california and now has had sex with girls there so...)

HAUNTING: i want people to fear me. and i have social anxiety so idk if that means i fear people? more like i fear the idea of people

GASOLINE: if it's a competition, i'm more driven. success is so much sweeter when it means others have failed

CONTROL: the idea that i and everyone i love could die at any moment and i would have no control over it. also, spiders

YOUNG GOD: artemis all the way! i love the idea of a powerful woman not interested in men who just wants to hang out with her girls and kill stuff. also she protects women who have been wronged and that's the ultimate feminist thing to do i just love artemis so much

I WALK THE LINE: i am not a careful person. at all. ever. i'm the most irresponsible, reckless person you could meet
