"If you don't like it, then try it"

Lia sat at the grand piano, becoming frustrated over not being able to play a certain sequence in a piece that she had been given to practice for her next music lesson.

Ash walked into the room just as she slammed her hands against the keys.
"Well I'm sure that isn't how you play the piano, it if is, do I need to schedule you more lessons?"
She shot him a glare, her gaze burning as he eyes followed him while he placed a cup of tea on a table next to her. "Shut up..." Such a playful statement was responded with such bitter words.
"I think someone needs to calm down." The angel stood beside her, his arms folded over his chest, his eyes on the piece that she was reading from.

She let out a huff of annoyance. "I hate this piece, it's not difficult to read, but I just can't seem to get it right when I'm playing it."
"If you don't like it, then try it." His gaze switched from the paper to the blonde noblewoman.

He was met with a rather confused expression that was plastered on her face.

"That doesn't even make sense whatsoever Ash, explain yourself."
"The more you try it the more you will start to like it because you will notice improvement." He sat on the bench next to her, his hands hovering over the keys before he rested his fingertips on them. "Place your hands on mine, we will do this together."

They sat there for over an hour playing the same piece. Her mind and eyes recorded the different keys to play and when to play them. Her fingers took in each movement just from him playing it. Finally, she did it on her own, the two of them smiled at each other.

"I knew you could do it."

It was just a simple act of kindness, yet it meant so much to me. I can see you now, the walls are coming down.
