How'd he get all the way up here!?! I hide him under a nearby desk. "Wally, what're you doing here!? How'd you get here!?! Did you sneak inside the ship? Are you even listening to me?" He looks at me dumbly. This guy is gonna be the death of me.

A large scanner comes down from the ceiling to scan me. Captain McCrea authorizes it to unlock the shell that the plant was still in. But when it opens, there's nothing there. "Where is it!?"

Yeah, I know I'm panicking but it's justified. Where could it ha- Wally. "Wally!! Where is it!?" I briskly search him but there's nothing on him but his tools.

"Are you alright Eva?" He asks with concern. He's clueless to the urgency of this situation.

"THE PLANT WALLY, HELP ME FIND IT" I tell him. He seems to understand the urgency now and starts searching with me. We search for a few more seconds before Captain McCrea starts making his way back over to us.

I quickly fall back into place so I could be rescanned. "There is no specimen, Prob 1 is faulty" Auto calls me. The nerve of that man, I am not faulty. I had it with me, I know I did.

Once everything calmed down the captain called me defective and I was escorted to maintenance by Gopher. I swear if I get insulted again I'm blowing a hole in a wall.

Wally got caught by the captain and was sent to maintenance as well to be cleaned. He tries to make small talk but I shrug him off. I really don't wanna talk to him right now. The ride there was uneventful, except when we almost crashed into Moe.

We enter the maintenance room and a red tag is out on my uniform. I'm scanned for any defects but there's none detected. I knew it wasn't me, that means someone too- ahh, that feels better.

Since there's nothing wrong with me, I'm issued a mandatory spa like treatment. I surrender my energy weapon to one of the robotic arms and it's laid on a nearby table. This is my favorite part of my jo-

Wally burst through the glass doors with his music playing. "Wally!! Are you alright?!" I didn't know he was that strong. He grabs my energy weapon off of the table.

"Don't hurt her!!!" He screams while shaking. I don't think he's ever held a fire arm before. He pointed the wrong end of the gun under his arm.

"H- hey it's okay, I'm fine just gi-" one of the arms lunges at him and he found the trigger and used it. It was almost like slow motion. The energy blast travelled to a device on the wall that contained the other defective workers. I was beyond furious.

"WALTER, WHAT WERE YOU THINKING!?!" Before he can respond the other workers rush over to him and hoist him in the air. He still has my gun.
I chase after the crowd and find them in a stand off with security. They push Wall E to the front, they have made him there leader. Now's my chance.

I take my gun back a- *click* "Caution. Rogue Robots". The announcement rings throughout the ship followed by an out of context picture that makes me look like the bad guy.

"WALTER!!!" I scream again. Security starts to charge up there blasters, luckily there charge is slower than mine. I pick up Wally and fly him over security. The crowd follows my lead and disperses quickly.

We hid behind a corner and let security pass us. Out of a nearby window I see the escape pods. THATS IT!!! I rush both of us to an elevator that would put us directly where we need to be.

"Caution. Rogue Robots" The PSA plays in the quiet elevator.

"Hey look, it's u-" *click* BOOM. I shot the screen before he could finish. He seems to get understand my mood and sits in the corner quietly.

We make it to the pod and I type in the coordinates back to Earth. I think he wanted to ask me something but I wasn't paying attention. "Earth." I say in a demanding tone. He looks confused. "You're going home." I explain to him.

"Oh!" He looks around the cockpit curiosity and finally sits down. He pats the seat next to him. I shake my head.

"Directive." He seems offended and walks out of the pod and sits on the ground cross legged. "Sigh, Wally. Come on, you have to go" I say softly. I place him back inside but he just scurries out again. "Hey!" I say sternly. *Ding* someone's coming. Me and Wally turn off all the lights and hide in a corner again. It's Gopher!

He opened the pod again, took the plant out of his pocket and placed it there. He stole it! It wasn't Wally's fault. I should apologize, I've been kinda mean.

We watch him leave and before I could do anything, Wally was already in the pod holding the plant proudly. "Eva!!! I got it!!!" He says. You adorable idiot!!!

BOOMMMM!!!!

Cliff hanger, I know right?
Just to be clear, they aren't robots. They're cybernetic, and Wally is an older model. Which is why he doesn't have his tools physically apart of him like the others.
This explanation wasn't for anyone but myself, I was tired of that plot hole.
