Chapter five

  I entered the room and went to take a shower.  I washed the dirty blood in my skin and my hair. I start thinking about Clara. How the hell we couldn't feel when they got her! I screamed in frustration.

I got out and wear the clothes from my backpack.

I went to sit in the small couch next to Sam huffing and messing my hair.

"What's wrong? Where is Clara? Where were you? Why are you angry? Why are you huffing?" Sam start asking many questions that I couldn't even remember the first one

"One question by question.. what was the first one?" I said. Sam is dear but now I'm in a bad mood. I can't stand someone.

"What's wrong?" Sam asked concerned

"Clara...They took her" I said with teary eyes

"What! Who? And and Why?!!" She exclaimed

"The- The scorpions. I don't know why. But i just hope they won't hurt her" I start crying and Sam took me in a hug. Despite the fact i hate hugs. I couldn't refuse this one. I needed it.

"Where were you when they took her" Sam asked

"She was -hiccup- jus-hiccup-t behind -hiccup- us" I said hiccuping. Sam tried to calm me. But it seemed impossible since whenever I cry, I needed an hour or more to stop the hiccups.

"Who do you mean us? And how is that possible that you didn't feel something when they took her?" Sam asked almost tearing. She's trying to act strong but she can't. She's gonna tear up.

"We were with the boys. Ethan, Dy and your father. We were out to search for anything. Food, supplies, blankets, anything useful. Weapons..." i said

"Oh, why didn't you call me then? I would've liked to go with you" Sam said

"Sorry, I thought you wouldn't want to get out" I said

"Well, you thought that right. But anyway, how did you know it was the scorpions?" Sam asked the most question I wanted to avoid

"It's long story. Short, the guys almost got killed by zombies if it wasn't for 1kk. He's a life saver and he's the one who saw them" i said

"What!" Sam screamed

"I'm out of here. We need to go to find Clara and I wanna see my dad and brother" She said seriously

"Okay, but we're going tomorrow. We need to get ready first. And we have 2 other companies. 1kk and Stefanie" I said

"Okay then. And they better be trustworthy" Sam said

"They are don't worry" I said reassuring her. But then I asked myself 'Are they really trustworthy? Are they going to leave us one day?' And other questions that i really don't have to think about.

"I know where are they. Tomorrow we will go. It's not that far from here" I said. She only nodded

Short chapter, i know. But anyway hope you liked this chapter even if it wasn't exciting.

At least Sam changed her mind and wanted to get the hell out of there!
