The next day
Brooke: (wakes up)
Carl: your awake
Brooke: yeah (pecks him and limps out of bed)
Carl: careful
Brooke: I'm fine Carl (limps out)
Carl: (behind her making sure she doesn't fall)
Brooke: (climbs to the guard post)
Carl: Brooke! Be careful babe
Brooke: I'll be fine
Carl: (climbs up)
Brooke: shit
Carl: yeah
Brooke: there all over (about to fall)
Carl: I got you (grabs her) I'm not letting anything hurt you
Brooke: aw thank you Carl grimes
Carl: (smiles) I love you
Brooke: how are we
Carl: we'll take them on soon one day nobody is leaving
Brooke: (nods) ok
Carl: Brooke you better not and don't you dare go looking for Jake
Brooke: I don't plan on it he's gone but Troy is out there but we have to stay
Carl: (nods) yeah we do
Brooke: (sighs)
Carl: Troy will find his way back along with the others (kisses her) I promise we'll go after them or maybe they'll come on their own
Brooke: (kisses him) yeah
Carl: (smiles) don't worry Brooke things are going to be great we'll be a community again and maybe parents again
Brooke: (smiles) one day Carl grimes one day (puts her head on his shoulder)
