The sun was beating down on me, and my vision became more limited to only the blue sky. But, normally I would enjoyed the whole view. Ah, yes, sitting on the hillside looking up at the clouds, with the wind blowing. Maybe I would feel the same way as I would on the hillside right now. If only I wasn't......... 

Falling. Yes that's the word. I was falling down to the Earth. With my blonde hair being whipped around wildly, wind whistling in my ears as my likely demise grew closer. Slowly, I closed my eyes. How did this happen?

Ah, yes. That's right. The titans were attacking. One minute I was soaring through the blue sky gracefully, and then the next I was in the hands of a titan, paralyzed with fear, I couldn't get out of the titan hand. But, there was a flash of green, and soon the pressure of the titan holding my body disappeared and there was a dropping sensation in my stomach. The last thing I saw before, I was facing up was one of the Survey Corps soldiers, that I came to love after all my years with the Scouts. That soldier happened to have ebony hair and steel blue eyes.

I open my eyes once again, and managed to get one last glimpse of the bright sun before my backside came into contact with the hard ground and that is when my vision became engulfed into darkness.

Death felt so near, yet so far in the darkness, I was experiencing. It was as if I was holding onto my life by the tiniest bit, and letting go would mean my certain demise. However, my life was the only thing that I was able to grasp. My sense of time and ability to see floating out of my reached.

Instantly, I heard a door being opened forcefully with a bang, followed by three sets of footsteps.

"Brittany!" Three voices exclaimed in the unison, two of which sounded like they belonged to a boy, and a girl. There was more footsteps. I desperately wanted to open my mouth to reply, but my mouth seemed to be frozen in its place. In fact, my whole body felt immobilized.

"It's been weeks, Brittany," Mikasa said. "Won't you wake up?"

"Yeah," Eren voice chimed in. "Levi has been going crazy without you, Brittany."

"Levi won't leave his room." Armin voice chimed in as well.

'Levi? You mean my Levi?' My mind asked. But, of course, they couldn't read my thoughts. There was a moment of completely silence.

"Eren, Armin, we have to go." Mikasa said. "Wake up soon, Brittany. And with that, there was more footsteps, and then Eren, Armin, and Mikasa were gone.

*Time Skip*

I heard the door being opened slowly in the darkness, as if not to disturb me.

"Brittany?" Sasha's voice asked. There was more footsteps. "I brought you a potato." I felt something being placed beside my bed side. There was a small silence, as if Sasha was expecting me to respond. When she left answerless, there was the sound of a chair being dragged across the floor, next to me and Sasha plopped down into the chair with a sigh.

"You know it's been really quite without you, Brittany." Sasha said. "The Corporal has been in a worse mood than usual. It's funny really. You'd think that the Corporal likes you. He probably does." Sasha said, as she let out a half hearted chuckle, but it died down quickly. "Wake up soon, okay Brittany? It's been a month, and I don't think anyone can stand it anymore." And with that, there was more footsteps that signaled that Sasha had left.

"Jean, don't do that!" Andy exclaimed.

"But, why not?" Another male voice replied.

"Because, dumping water on Brittany won't wake her up from her coma."

"How do you know?"

"You two fight like a couple." Another male voice chuckles.

"Shut up, Connie! That's wrong!"

"Agreed," said another male voice. There was more bickering, but I couldn't build up any strength to listen to it. So, I fell back into the darkness.

●Time skip●

"HELLO, Brittany-chan!" A very enthusiastic feminine voice said, while bursting through the door. "Darn it," the voice said, when I didn't answer. Silence. "Shorty is going crazy without you, Brittany. The other day, he made the cadets run laps just because his shirt wasn't buttoned correctly." She chuckled at the memory. "Well, I must be going. Wake up soon, Brittany. It's been three months." And with that, the door was closed.

'Three months.....' I wearily thought as I drifted back into the darkness.

The door opened along with a loud bang. There will be footsteps, although they were very difficult to hear. The footsteps stops at my bed side.

"Brittany...." Levi's voice was very masculine. I felt something warm encase my hand. "Wake up Brittany." Oh, how I desperately wanted to wake up. But, I couldn't. 

"Wake up, darn it!" Levi said, cracking a little at the end. "I can't take it." I felt a drop of tears land on me.

'Wake up....' I thought. 'Wake up......' My body stirred in the darkness. 'Wake up....' I opened my eyes.

I was laying in a bed. Eyes darting around, there was no doubt that I was in the infirmary. But, that's not what really caught my attention.

What caught my attention was Levi sitting next to me on the bed. He had ebony hair and steel blue eyes that were red and puffy from him crying so much. There was tears streaks down his cheeks.

"Levi....." I managed to cough out. He looked up and saw me awake. His eyes glistened in relief.

"Brittany....." I was engulfed in a hug. "Don't you ever do that again." You had me worry sick about you not waking up ever again. I smiled at him, and said "I won't ever do it again, Levi." After I say that to him, he lean down and kissed me on the lips, and now I had tears running down my cheeks.
