Tell her how is she supposed to deal with this
How does she get through each day
When he is the one and only thing she can miss
He promised her one day...things will be okay

Told her to stay strong and continue on
Tell her how when he was her rock
A blind man could see their undeniable bond
Anxiety taking control of her body as she again sees the time tock

Everyday more agonizing than the one before
He's trying everything every possibility
But she wonders if there be a day when neither of them won't be able to take anymore
The light is blocked out by all this negativity

She wishes for this to be washed away by the cold rain
She fears the day of receiving that and the dreadful call
Despite all the hurt, loss and pain
She knows he'll be worth it all

It's absolute heartbreaking and frustrating
But she hopes he knows, she'll be here waiting…
