The fourth day of the Grand Magic Games came around, it was time for Sting and Rogue to fight Natsu and Gajeel. Before the fight began, (Y/N) caught Gajeel giving her multiple nasty looks. She wanted to flip him off many times but Rogue told her not to. After their battle Gray told (Y/N) that Gajeel found something and he wanted her to check it out with them. She agreed and they all went down a tunnel to an underground graveyard. A graveyard for dragons. There were dragon remains everywhere the (H/C) girl could see. There was even a strange type of writing on the wall. There were things written about a 'dragon king'. (Y/N) and the others couldn't understand what that meant.
Wendy offered to use her sky magic to communicate with the spirits of the dragons. Everyone agreed, thinking it was a joke of some sort. Everyone except Natsu who was excited to see a ghost. Lucy scolded him for being childish as Wendy started to cast her magic. (Y/N) observed Wendy's spell carefully to educate herself more on Wendys power.
She ended up summoning an actual dragon spirit. Everyone was fascinated by the emerald green dragon before them. Lucy to be specific as she was asking all the questions she could about what happened. Gray was surprised that (Y/N) wasn't scared of the dragon. The girl he remembered would've ran away screaming. She must've changed more than he thought.
"-Who caused this massacre?" Natsu asked,
(Y/N) snapped her head towards him, curious to hear the answer.
"A dragon slayer caused this. He's one of Zeref's strongest demons. Even his name scares me..!" The dragon said
"Who is he?" Gajeel asked
"His name was Acnologia."
(Y/N)'s eyebrows immediately furrowed when she heard his very name. Acnologia. Her blood ran cold as she the memories of her loneliness came back to her. She was alone. No Gray. No friends. No one. Her (E/C) eyes darted to the dragons face. What he said was true, he looked terrified just speaking the dark dragons name. "He dispatched thousands of you in such a short period of time?" She asked
"Yes." He answered
This was all fucked up to (Y/N). She didn't want to hear anymore of what happened there. (Y/N)'s lip trembled, "I-I... gotta go." She said, turning around and walking out of the mine.
"(Y/N) wait!" Gray shouted, running after her. When she heard him chasing after her she only picked up the pace and started to sprint out of there and back to the hotel Sabertooth was staying at.

When (Y/N) got back, she felt an instant wave of sadness hit her. Why was she feeling like this? Nothing happened. Or so she thought until she saw Sting, Rogue, and Frosch in the hallway. Sting looked like an absolute mess, Rogue and Frosch looked like they were trying to help him out with something.
'Wait a second. Where's Lector?' (Y/N) walked up to them, "Sting what's wrong? What happened?" She asked
"He..." Sting started before putting his face in his hands, sobbing. His shoulders shook slightly as he began to weep. (Y/N) looked up at Rogue, he shook his head. Frosch hugged (Y/N)'s leg, crying. (Y/N) began to realize the worst and a single tear fell from her eye.
"Sting I'm so sorry." She said
"It's fine.... I have to win tomorrow at the Grand Magic Games or else I'll never see him again." Sting said
"We'll help you get him back." Rogue commented, picking up Frosch
"I hope we will because if we don't he might be killed by Minerva."
