(Y/N) woke up, snuggling up against something very comfortable. Her eyes fluttered open to reveal she was laying on Rogue's chest. His arm was securely around her, stroking her shoulder with his thumb. The sound of only his heartbeat was what she heard. Her face immediately turned red. She saw it was still nighttime due to the darkness surrounding. Bricks and wood of destroyed buildings surrounded them. He didn't notice she was awake and continued to stroke her arm as he kept watch. (Y/N) pretended to wake up, picking her head up from his chest.

"(Y/N) you're awake." He said, allowing (Y/N) to get off of him

"Where's Natsu? The kid? You? What happened?!" (Y/N) asked

"You overused your magic. We have to take you to a hospital later. Wendy and that girl Chelia did manage heal you somewhat. It's a miracle you lived." He replied "Natsu is making that dragon crash to the ground. I don't know where that girl is." He pointed at the explosions appearing not to far away

"I do know Frosch has her which means she's in good hands." Rogue replied 

"That's good.." (Y/N) said

Rogue and (Y/N) watched as the dragon was falling towards the area where the gate is located. A large smoke cloud formed along with the ground shaking for a moment. (Y/N) attempted to stand up but winced in pain and fell back down on her bottom. She tried once more but instead Rogue pulled her down.

"Sit down, (Y/N), you're exhausted." Rogue said, gripping her hand

"Rogue!! Fro is here!" Frosch shouted as he carried (Y/N)'s mirror image, Lector following behind. Frosch placed the girl gently on the ground, she walked up to her mother and smiled. A gold aurora surrounded her as parts of her body started to disappear.

"The gates been destroyed I guess I'm going back to my time now," she held up her arm, showing her hand disappeared "I'm glad I finally got to meet you."

"Yeah you too." (Y/N) replied with a smile "I look forward to watching you grow up."

"I have a feeling I'll be with both you and my daddy in the future," Naomi turned to Rogue, a tear ran down her face "He's you, Rogue." The ravens eyes widened as the rest of her body vanished, her last words echoing

-7 years into the future-

When the small (H/C) girl arrived back into her time, she was horrified. Nothing had changed one bit. Buildings were still damaged and on fire. There were no living people around the destruction, just decomposing bodies as it was. Her eyes grew wide, tears streaming down her face. She collapsed on the ground, sobbing, covering her head with her arms. She heard the screeches of dragons in the distance. Underneath the bricks, she saw a picture frame. She pulled it out and saw it was Rogue, her mother, and her as a baby.

"The future.... why hasn't anything changed?!" She cried

A dragon spitting fire nearby caused an explosion, blasting her away. She kept a strong hold onto the picture as she fell to the ground. She scrambled onto her feet and ran away as fast as she could, wailing.

"MOM! DAD! UNCLE STING.... HELP!!"

-Back to the present-

After the chaos involving the dragons, the king threw the Grand Magic Ball to show his gratitude towards the brave wizards that risked their lives. (Y/N) wore a (F/C) dress fancier than she would normally wear.

"Wow (Y/N) you look great tonight! Nice dress!" Lector complimented

"Fro thinks (Y/N) is fabulous!" Frosch added

"Thanks you guys." (Y/N) replied with a smile "Sting you look extra as always."

"What can I say I have great fashion taste. At least I dress better then Rogue he looks like a-"

Sting's insult earned a smack upside the head from Rogue

"Shut the fuck up."

"(Y/N) you look so pretty!" (Y/N) turned around to see Natsu, Gray, Erza, Lucy, and Wendy all approaching her

"Hey everyone. Thank you." (Y/N) said

"Flame brain compliment my sister again..." Gray growled

"What?! It's just a compliment fam." Natsu replied, causing Gray to roll his eyes. A tick mark appeared on his head when he saw Sting.

"..You...." He gritted his teeth, a dark aurora surrounding him

"Uh oh." Sting and Lector said

"I almost forgot what he said." Rogue said as he, (Y/N), and the others watched in amusement as Gray bitch slapped Sting and gripped him by his neck tie

"Fullbuster! You look great man I like your outfit-"

"Don't butter me up do you think I forgot you said my sister was 'hella thicc' at the Grand Magic Games?! DID YOU?!" He shook the blonde's head up and down

"Sting!" Yukino shouted, running towards them

"Gray my darling!" Juvia followed

"Fro wants to know what hella thicc is." Frosch said to Rogue

"Frosch no you are a angel, angels don't say naughty things like Sting." Rogue replied

"While they're at it I want to know if you two dating?" Erza asked causally, causing (Y/N) and Rogue to almost choke on air

(Y/N) and Rogue turned to each other

"Are we..?" (Y/N) whispered

He didn't respond and took her hand into his with slight confidence and determination in his blood red eyes "Yes.. yes we are."

"(Y/N)!!! I'm so happy for you! I can't believe you got a boyfriend before me..!" Lucy squealed

"I could change that." Natsu said

"What?" Lucy looked over

"Nothing." The pinkette responded

"Treat her right or else." Erza said seriously

"I will." Rogue replied, squeezing his larger cold hand around (Y/N)'s

Slow violin music began to play, queuing everyone to pair up with someone. (Y/N) and Rogue joined their friends as they slow danced together in the ballroom. (Y/N)'s head rested on Rogue's shoulder and his on top of her head. "You're a surprisingly good dancer."
(Y/N) commented, Rogue hummed in response and put an arm around her waist.

Their hands intertwined as they danced the rest of the night away together, feeling as if they were the only people there. Also ignoring Gray still screaming at Sting for the rest of that night along with Juvia and Yukino trying to tear them apart.
