I cheerfully hopped my way to the shop, a smile so wide that it covered my other features was spread on my face.

I pulled open the shutters of the ice-cream parlour for the workday.

"Heyo Hobi" someone called from behind me.

"What the fuck is that nickna- Y/N!?"

I instantly regretted cursing on the person when I realised it was none other than Y/N, who just chuckled.

"I made that nickname for you!! Don't disrespect my nickname technology okay!?" She playfully scolded me.

Oh god I love this girl so much...

I laughed, "What are you doing here though?"

She grinned at the question, answering with a shocking, yet exciting "I will work here from today!!"

"What!? Really??" I didn't hide my smile, she saw me as a friend, so I am sure she wouldn't see the smile as 'i am excited cuz my crush is going to be with me during work'. Which was... (You guessed it) exactly what it meant.
