Clause 1.

It states that either Ms. Singh or Mr. Lalit can only act as the president of Singh Paramedics irrespective of the fact, Mr. Lalit Khandelwal holds 40℅ of the shares while Ms. Singh holds 51 %. They have to mutually decide who would be the acting president till they give an heir to Singh Pharmaceuticals.

Clause 2

It states that Mr. Lalit and Ms. Singh have to remain married for a minimum period of three years or until they give birth to an heir. During this period, they have to live under one roof. However, they can extend the limit of this time as per their interest after the birth of the Singh Empire's Heir.

Clause 3

It states that Ms. Singh can practice her medicine as a part-time interest, but her presence is mandatory for every board meeting and decision-making of all companies under the Singh Empire.

Clause 4

It states that both parties are expected to remain loyal to each other till the time they are married. In the case of Infidelity, the loyal partner will become the sole owner of the company and the other partner can't claim it back even legally.

Clause 5

It states that the prenuptial Agreement should be duly signed by both the parties in presence of Mr. Singh.

However, 30 minutes is given to discuss among themselves.

It states that after the signatures of both parties, the marriage will be officially and legally valid for party A and Party B. They are bound to obey all clauses.
