Sixteen: The Forbidden Men's Room

Ew, ew, EW! Is this what men do in their spare time? It looked like Picasso threw up all over the walls and cracked mirrors with his dick.

If I had known this was what I was in for, I wouldn't have ever come inside, but I was standing with a guy in the men's restroom with cupcake in my hair.

"Emily, you okay?" Aaron's voice broke my thoughts. I looked at him in the mirror as he pulled a cupcake from his hair.

I wonder if I lived rent-free in his mind, too.

"Emily, come over and let me help you, please-" he called.

My heart fluttered deep in my chest as I walked over. He reached up and started yanking hands full of frosting from my hair strands with a napkin. He got some on his fingertips and even licked it off.

Gross.

"I think you're weird," I blurted out.

"What did I do?" He said, scooping more cupcake frosting from my hair into the sink.

"You're eating her cupcake. You're not going to convert, are you?" I asked him with a raised eyebrow.

He sighed, slapping the last of the cupcake to the nasty ass sink. "No, Emily. Do you think I would do something like that for that wicked bitch?"

"I don't know. You're a new boy, you're rich, and I don't question it sometimes-"

"Well, I wouldn't," he said. "Besides, I enjoy annoying you more." He wiggled his eyebrows at me with a thick smirk on his lips. "Come on, let's get out of here before we get you into trouble."

He ran his fingers under the sink and wiped them with paper towels before slipping his hand into mine.

Then, I heard the two voices I did not want to hear, laughing as they walked into the room, their eyes glued to their cell phones.

Shit!

"Oooh, Emily. I'm not surprised you're in here," Jeremy's eyes met mine, lighting up when he noticed Aaron standing beside me.

"Pipe down, Jeremy," I snapped at him, watching his eyes flick to the cupcake mess in the sink.

"I'm not surprised lover boy is helping you either," he said. "I see the way he looks at you like he wants to fuck-" Jeremy and Brennan flickered their tongues in my direction like a snake. I rolled my eyes.

"Shut up," Aaron snapped that time.

"Oooh, so he does have a temper," Brennan said, leaning against the paper towel dispenser.

Aaron huffed, rolling his eyes at them as his buff arms crossed his chest.

"Bite me," Aaron snapped again.

"No thanks. Maybe you should ask Juliet over here." Brennan countered, his giant hand pounding the side of the paper towel dispenser. Then they left.

"Fucking retards," I spat into the sink, huffing as an imaginary ball of smoke left my ears.

"Emily, I'm sorry," Aaron said.

"What?" What was he apologizing for?

"I'm sorry," he said again. I laughed.

"For what?" I asked him, a vast, dimpled smirk plastered on my lips.

"For this. For all of this. You don't deserve cupcake in your hair-" I stopped him, not that I wanted to, it was just-

"And you do?" I asked him, eyes bearing into his. He sighed and leaned against the side of the sink.

"No, I don't deserve this either, but I'm sort of used to the antagonistic bullying by now and don't care what anyone does to me."

"Aww," I moaned. "You let people walk all over you? That's cute," I muttered, spitting another round of frosted cupcake from my lips.

"You don't have to feel bad for me," He said, his eyes flicking to my reflection in the mirror. I rolled my eyes.

"I don't," I said, annoyed.

"And that's the Emily I know," he huffed, pushing away from the sink. "Now, if you don't mind, I'm going to take a piss."

"Is it even safe to piss in here?" I asked, looking around at the filthy mirrors again. When was the last time the janitor came in here and cleaned?

"It's safe enough for a guy like me," he stated. "Now, step out before Principal Davis catches you."

"Alright, take your piss and meet me outside," I said. I took a sharp breath and exited the men's room, catching a few eyes.

A few minutes passed before Aaron stepped outside. "I'm going to be bluntly honest with you. Bringing a girl in there with me probably wasn't my smartest stunt," he said, rubbing his fingers through his blonde hair.

"I know," I snarled.

"Hey, you want to go to Sugar Bear's Candy Emporium later today? It's down the street from my house."

I took a sharp breath in and seized another. That was where my ex-boyfriend, Easton, worked.

Easton was a strong, bad-boy type of guy that took no shit from anyone-icy blue eyes, jacked body-you see where I'm going with this? He later enlisted in the military after graduation, and I hardly ever heard from him, but that's another story for a different day.

"Depends," I said, nearly surprising myself this time. Shit-shit-SHIT! What do I do now? "Are you paying?"

"Depends," he laughed at me, his eyes gleaming into mine before he whipped out his credit card. "I'm joking, Em. Anything you want is on me," he offered. Anything? It seemed like this boy would even buy me the store if his Dad let him. I was in trouble.

"Shake on it!" I declared. He reached out, credit card in hand and just as he shook my palm, I swiped his card.

"You just made a mistake, Mr. Chanson."

"Bet me on it," He argued back. "I'm rich. It's what I do."

"Your daddy's rich, not you," I argued with him.

"Do you honestly think my dad is the only one who's made appearances on TV and films?" he said, sliding the card from my fingertips and securing it back into his wallet. I blinked a few times realising what he said. Aaron is an actor? That's even hotter-

"We'll see, lover boy," I said, snatching his wallet and stuffing it into the pocket of the hoodie he gave me. Then, I sauntered off as he trailed behind.
