It was a cold afternoon at the Brightmoon Sciencary. Four friends, otherwise known as the best friend squad, were sitting in their room together. Adora had her head laid upon Catra's lap, just staring at the ceiling listening to her friends play uno. It was quite amusing. Especially the way Catra plays.

"Catra, that's cheating, I said the color was green"Bow whined

"Exactly, yellow and blue make green so I win"She smirked.

"Catra that's not how the game works"Adora chuckled

"Well that's how it works now"Catra responded, smiling in triumph.

Bow just shook his head, chuckling. There was no point in arguing with her.

"So what do you all wanna do now"Bow asked

"We could sit and read together,"Glimmer suggested.

"That's boring"Catra sighed

"We could go train"Adora pushed

"No"The other three teens yelled in sync.

"Adora, it's the one day we have off, we are not training,"Glimmer explained.

"Plus we already have to meet with Weaver today, Gods know what she's gonna make us do,"Bow said.

"Ok fine,"Adora huffed

"Catra, do you have any suggestions,"Adora asked.

Catra took a moment to think.

"Well you know, I think i'm up for a little mission Agent Blondie"Catra said

They all perked up at this idea.

It wasn't much fun in the Sciencary. The place didn't have windows and all the doors were blocked off. Only people with administrator clearance could access them.

The friends had lived there for as long as they could remember. All their lives they had been told that Brightmoon had saved them from the horrors of the outside world. They were told that the world didn't like occult people like them.

You see, the bestfriend squad wasn't your normal friend group in any way. They all had something about them that was, well unnatural.

Glimmer Moon. The name she was given when she woke up in this place. She had an odd ability. She was able to produce large amounts of sparkly light with her hands. In addition to this she was also able to teleport places. Though she was never able to teleport out of the Sciencary.

Catrina Rodriguez. Most people called her Catra due to her unique appearance. Catra was what Brightmoon called a Magicat. She had cat-like features, such as a tail and Cat ears but she also had the typical build of a human. She was also known for her amazing senses. She had an impeccable sense of smell and amazing hearing. She could see better than any human could ever, due to her night vision. Catra was extremely flexible and fast which made her excellent at the daily obstacle courses they did during their daily training sessions.

Bow Holmes. He seemed to be a normal human. Other than the fact that he was abnormally intelligent. He knew his Abc's by the time he could talk. Started solving math equations around the age of 4. He even occasionally helped scientists with their work. In addition to his unusual intelligence, he was good with a bow and arrow. His shots were always precise and accurate.

Adora Greyskull. The most peculiar of them all. At first she seemed to be normal, but Ms.Weaver knew she wasn't. She didn't really do anything except her pupils occasionally turning a bright blue. One day, Adora and Catra were playing Agents in the hall. Catra accidentally bumped into a Cadet, which was basically Brightmoons Security. Catra didn't have the best relationship with the guards. Let's just say she's the reason most of them had a bright red scratch across their faces. But this Guard was known to widely dislike Catra. Octavia had been after Catra for years ever since their first incident together. When Catra scratched her eye straight out. Adora had always been there to protect her when Octavia got too violent. Since they were playing Agents, Adora was hiding behind a wall. She was watching Octavia closely. Octavia was quick to corner Catra. When Adora saw her hand reach for the taser on her belt she ran in between the two girls. Something sparked in her. It was only a second for everyone else, but for her it felt like her entire body had changed. It was as if she was in another world. When Adora returned from wherever she had retreated to, the two girls stared at her wide eyed. Octavia ran away, fast. Catra on the other hand looked excited. Adora was confused at first but then she looked down at herself. She was taller. Way taller. The same height as Octavia. She had on a white and gold jumpsuit and a matching pair of boots. Adora held a small sword in hand. After a few years of tests the sciencary found out more about this being Adora had the ability to turn into. The scientists called her she-ra. They figured out that She-ra can be activated anytime, but her power is stronger when she activates it while feeling an intense emotion. When Adora activates She-ra while feeling an intense emotion she's never felt before, she gets some kind of update. Like a new ability, hairstyle, or outfit.

"I'm down for a mission, Agent Kitty"Adora spoke.

"Wanna come along, Agent Sparkles?"Catra asked standing up.

"Of course I am, let's go sneak into the gold mine and steal some gold"Glimmer snickered.

"Come along, Agent Arrow,"Glimmer told Bow.

The friends got up in their Agent positions. Bow pretending to have a bow and arrow. Catra making her hands into a gun shape. Adora mimicking the action of holding a sword. And Glimmer pretending to have a dagger.

Catra gracefully somersaulted out of the room and stood with her back against the wall. Adora and Glimmer followed after her but Bow had his own idea. He tried to roll across the floor like Catra did but was struggling terribly. You'd think he'd be able to do something as simple as a somersault.

"Bow"Glimmer sighed

She teleported over to him. Grabbed onto his twisted body and teleported him back to where the rest of the group was. They crept around the corner and Adora peaked around the area in front of them. She held up two fingers to the group to signal there were two guards stationed in front of the "Gold mine".

"Agent Sparkles, Agent Arrow, go distract the guards, Agent Blondie and I will sneak into the "Gold Mine ''''Catra directed.

Glimmer nodded and took a hold of Bow's hand. She teleported them right smack in front of the guards.

"You guys aren't supposed to be here, carry along now"One of the guards said.

Glimmer reached in both of the guards pockets and pulled out their walkie talkies. She tossed one to Bow and the two started running in different directions.

"H. .hey come back here"Both guards yelled.

They chased after the two, disappearing down the hall.

Adora and Catra rushed over to the "Gold Mine's" doors. It was one of the few rooms that didn't require a pass to access it. But that didn't mean they were allowed to go in there. Adora tapped on the white door twice and it flew open. Her partner Agent Kitty, looked inside to make sure no one was in there.

"We're clear"She confirmed.

The two creeped into the room with their imaginary weapons in hand.

They snuck towards the "Gold" that was locked up in the machine.

Adora Entered the secret code and punched in the numbers to all of their favorite treats.

"Make sure to get the cookies with the cream in the middle, Bow loves them"Catra reminded the blonde.

Once Adora finished pressing in all the buttons, Catra reached into the compartment where all the treats laid. She grabbed half of the treats and Adora grabbed the other half. The two started heading back towards the door.

"Another successful mission, Agent Kitty"Adora Giggled

"It appears so Agent Blondie"Catra mused

Adora opened her mouth to respond but bumped into something in the process. Adora fell to the floor and she looked over to see Catra on the floor alongside her.

Catra and Adora averted their gaze to the figure in front of them.

"Good Afternoon Girls"Ms.Weaver Greeted.
