Shiro: 

You go to Shiro right away. You know he understands what you're going through and he's already helped you so many times before. He often plays with your hair as you snuggle up close to him. He hums to you and holds you close as he tries to get you to relax and fall back asleep. As soon as you do, Shiro cuddles next to you and falls asleep as well. 

Keith:

You refuse to ask for help. You tell yourself that you are ok up until the point where you are unable to function due to lack of sleep. Keith is the first to notice your sleep deprivation and quickly took action. He would sleep in your room every night just to make sure you wouldn't get anymore nightmares. If you did, he would do everything he could to help you. He would even give you his stuffed hippo to cuddle with while you talked about your nightmare. 

Lance:

You don't even have to tell Lance that you had a nightmare. He can tell these things! He has siblings, nieces, and nephews! He knows the signs. He would spend the whole day with you trying to get your mind off the nightmare and maybe prevent from another bad dream that night. He would remind you every night from then on to wake him if you have a nightmare.

Hunk:

Get ready for enough cuddles to last you a lifetime! He becomes attached to your side when you tell him that you've been having nightmares. This precious thing even makes you a dream catcher out of materials he found around the castle and it actually works! 

Matt:

You come to Matt first thing. He is the only one that really knows how to comfort you when it comes to nightmares. You talk to him about the bad dream while he makes you a warm drink to help you relax. He cuddles with you underneath a fort of blankets and tells you everything that he loves about you. He holds you close to him so you can listen to his heart beat and feel his breathing. This calms you down and you fall asleep in his arms.
