Part 3- Competition

"Alright paladins..or..just you boys!" Coran annouced, his eyes twinkling. "Raise your glasses!" 

Lance and Keith raised their cups filled with the mystery alchohol Lance had somehow snuck onto the ship.

"Bottoms up." He winked at Keith as he downed the first shot.

Keith did the same without hesitation, his throat burning. Their faces scrunched up together as the effect hit them briefly.

"Ugh." Keith grimaced.

"Whats the matter?" Lance teased. "Never done this before Keithy boy?"

Keith rolled his eyes. "I wouldn't have agreed to this stupid challenge if I hadn't." He said through gritted teeth.

Lance shrugged. 

"Second round?" Pidge asked, a grin on her face.

They nodded and she poured more.

They took each shot without hesitation, and around the fifth or sixth Keith began to look a bit off.

His cheeks were pink, and his eyes glossy. "What is this? Vodka?" He asked.

Lance smirked, the same affect slowly taking over him. "A good magician never tells his secrets." He cackled.

Keith glared at him. "Magician my ass. Ima win this." He turned to Pidge. "Anutha."

She laughed and poured on.

Around six rounds later, they were on the verge of losing their shit.

Keith was rolling on the floor laughing and giggling at absolutley nothing, Lance walking around the table, with his glass on his head, murmuring slurred words to himself.

It looked like he was giving himself a pep talk.

Keith continued laughing.

"Okie." Pidge said. "I think that's enough."

"ENOUGH!!" Keith bellowed, banging his fists on the ground like a baby before laughing uncontrollably. 

Lance spun around giggling before laying down next to Keith, pulling him close to him.

Keith flinched, staring at him.

Lance grinned stupidly, his drunk ass giggling.

"Hey man." He said, tapping Keith's nose lovingly. "I just wanted you to know I have a crush on you. Have for a while now."

For a second they were silent, eyes wide staring at each other. And then they burst out laughing again. 

Pidge facepalmed.
