Klance - Langst (pt.2)
Lance shivered in the rain. He'll probably have a really bad fever at this, but he didn't care. He waited for the bus, but didn't board. When everyone else got up to meet the bus, Lance stood and walked down the long, droplet-pattered sidewalk. He has no idea what he's doing, where he's going and when he'll be home. He may never go home, considering it's not much of a home. He doesn't mean money, he never grew up rich, but he grew up with family so he knows what love feels like, and that apartment has none of it.
Lance felt a buzzing in his pocket, and pulled out his Samsung. Lotor's contact picture was showing, along with answer/decline buttons. Lance felt a tear trickle from his left eye as he hit decline, slipped his phone back in his pocket and kept walking.
-Time skip-
Lotor called a thousand times more. Lance finally picked up, "What the heck do you want from me?"
"Is that any way to talk to me? I'm your boyfriend, Lance," Lotor retorted.
"Yeah, who abuses m-"
"I don't abuse you! How dare you say that? You're one to talk!"
Lance kept silent, not sure how to reply. He was tempted to yell, ask what in confusion, ask for elaboration, and just hang up all at the same time.
"What? No reply? You stupid b-"
"Don't call me that, you coward-"
"You aren't welcome back home," and before Lance could say anthing else, Lotor hung up the phone on him.
Lance slid his phone back in his pocket again. He started to cry tears of frustration. This is so stupid, he thought. He's not in high school anymore! Drama like this shouldn't exist, and he should be free, but instead he has to deal with Lotor. Don't get Lance wrong, he loves the guy, but it can be so hard sometimes... He knows they'll be okay, he'll probably have to lay low with a friend for the next couple days and then resolve it over the phone.
Lance wiped his cheeks and shook his head, "You're so f*cking mean to me for no reason, Lotor. I love you so much, and I mess it all up, and then you throw sh*t at me that I don't even understand!"
A lady walking by gave Lance an odd look, but he rolled his eyes and kept walking until he found another bench to rest on and clear his head of the bad thoughts incoming.
