Operation Damsel in Distress

Being the white Paladin was a struggle but you never knew it'd be this hard.

Making a decision between your teammates and yourself was somthing you didn't know you'd have to think about some day.

But today.. Today was that day.

"KEITH MOVE!" you exclaimed  before blasting a white bean of laser light at Lotor's ship. But he was too fast. "We need to form Voltron!" Shirt exclaimed into your ear from the black lion and you nodded before you guys got into formation.

You were like the backpack lion. You were what created most of the weapons. You lion was basically a laser and an assortment of weapons.

Voltron took out it's sword and battled with Lotor who was laughing the whole time. You grunted before seeing his next move. He was going to cut the red arm off. Keith..

"Disand NOW!" You exclaimed now and they did as you said before you shot in front of Keith's lion and took the hit.

"Aaaaagh!" You grunted as red lights began to flash in your lion. "(Y/N)!" Shiro yelled but before you could get your barings Lotor had grabbed your lion and taken you captive.

"Guys I'll be alright I'll stop him!" You said before your transmission was cut off.

It was a while before you got back to one of their bases and cane to a stop. You got out of your lion and the door opened to reveal Lotor. "You won't be stopping anybody. Get her."

"We need to find (Y/N)!" Shiro exclaimed his eyes wide with concern for you. "Shiro I know but first you need to calm do-"

"No, I don't Allura!" Shiro jerked his hand away from her grasp before panting. "It's already been a day, do you even know what they're doing to her right now? No! They could be torturing her right at this moment!" Shiro yelled and everyone looked down as if for slightly slacking off.

"I-I love her guys.." Shiro admitted and they all looked at him. "I can't just leave her."

Coran smiled and stepped up. "Then let's get to work."

"You ready?" Coran asked through the earphones. Shiro nodded and the others responded. "Operation Damsel in Distress is a go."

Pidge began to complain over the speakers, "Why did Lance have to choose such a stupid name?" Lance gasped. "It's not stupid! You're stupid!" "Lance if anyone is stupid it's not me." Pidge retorted back and Lance groaned.

"Guys, shut up!" Keith exclaimed and they hmphed.

Shiro groaned, "I'm going into the main room, you guys check the corridors and storage rooms." Shiro instructed and they agreed before heading off.

Shiro panted as he ran to get to the main room. He knew that's where she was. Lotor had challenged him to a fight. So he told exactly where she'd be.

Shiro ran through the doors and frantically looked around before laying eyes on (Y/N) who was sitting in the ground slumped against the wall. "(Y/N)!" He exclaimed before Lotor walked forward. Shiro grit his teeth and activated his arm making Lotor chuckle. "Ready to fight already?"

Lotor un sheathed his sword and grinned before they charged at each other. Lotor swiped at Shiro's head but he ducked and landed a punch to Lotor's gut sending him flying back into the wall from the force of it.

Lotor grunted and Shiro panted before pinning him to the wall. "I'm taking her. And you're not gonna stop me." Shiro growled and Lotor cackled. "Oh yes, please take her.. she was no good anyways." Lotor teased before licking his lips. "She was screaming my name so loudly, I'm sure she's never done that for you." Lotor provoke and Shiro knew it was all a ruse to make him mad but he couldn't help it.

Shiro glanced at you making Lotor chuckle, "Don't tell me.. you've never even kissed have you?" Lotor said and Shiro gripped his wrists tighter. "It's none of your business!" Shiro yelled and in his moment of opening Lotor head butted Shiro sending him stumbling back giving Lotor enough time to stand up and run over to you before grabbing you by your collar.

You stood up and Shiro gasped. "(Y/N)! Run! I can cover for you!"

But you didn't move, you slowly lifted your head and opened your eyes to reveal a yellow glow making Shiro gasp and look at Lotor. "WHAT DID YOU DO!?" He exclaimed and Lotor laughed. "I barely did anything really. But now she's my slave. Isn't that right love?" He asked and you nodded making Shiro gasp.

"How about a kiss darling?" Lotor asked just provoking Shiro more. Lotor leaned down and you began to lean up into him as Shiro watched. He began yelling before running forward and punching Lotor back with so much force he passed out.

Shiro panted and wrapped his arms around your waist before throwing you over his shoulders and talking into the intercoms. "I've got her! Go!" He exclaimed before running out to his lion with you over his shoulder.

"She hasn't woken up yet?" Pidge asked and Shiro shook his head as he watched you rest in your bed. "She's been like this for a while." Pidge admitted and Shiro nodded before she sighed.

"I'm gonna go now, you need anything?" Pidge asked and Shiro turned away from your bed as he spoke. "Uh no thanks I think I'm good."

Pidge's eyes widened and she pointed. "Shiro watch out!"

He turned just in time before you could scratch him with your new claws.

Shiro grunted "Back up Pidge!" He activated his arm and defended against your attacks before pushing you back against the wall making you grunt. "(Y/N)! It's me! It's us! Calm down!" But your eyes were still yellow and glowing.

Shiro held you still for a bit until he heard footsteps. He turned to see Keith and Coran had come to help. Pidge had gone to get them.

"Grab her arm!" Keith instructed to Coran and he did so as Keith grabbed the other, Shiro backing up and watching.

"Give the restraints!" Coran said and Shiro's eyes widened and Pidge brought them forward and attached them to the bed before Keith and Coran laid you down and tied your arms down.

Shiro almost couldn't watch you thrashing on the bed and struggling as they dealt with you. It was too much. His head started pounding. "I-I need to go." Shiro said before stepping out and walking down the hall a few tears slipping out of his eyes. Would she ever be the same again?

Shiro had eventually come back to stay by your side. The only time it was really peaceful though was when you were alseep. You looked to serene and beautiful when you were resting. You were so calm and it was so nice watching your chest rise and fall.

"(Y/N), I don't know if you can hear me.. or even understand me right now but I can't hold this back any longer." Shiro sighed and brushed some hair out of your face. "I-I've had feelings for you for.. Well a really long time now. And I have no idea if you're going to ever come back to the woman you once were but I at least wanted you to know how I feel. I love you." He smiled down at you before leaning down and giving your lips a gentle kiss.

Before he could pull away he felt your lips react to his and kiss him back in an almost yearning way. Shiro indulged for a few moments before pulling away to see your eyes had opened and were slowly fading back to normal.

"(Y-Y/N)!?" He exclaimed and you blinked a few times before turning your head to look at him. You smiled and tears began streaming out of your eyes. "I-I'm sorry I caused you so much trouble." You cried and he sighed in relief before unrestraining you and hugging you tightly.

"I-I love you too Shiro!" You cried and he gasped before hugging you tighter against him. He was just so happy you were back to normal. He was going to kick Lotor's butt later. But for now he would enjoy this warm embrace.

You pulled away and smiled as he wiped away your tears with his thumb before you leaned in and kissed him properly this time.
