"SHIRO!" You screamed as you began to claw at your face drawing blood and leaving scars as you cried heart wrenching tears. Suddenly the door flew open to reveal a group of men with a woman in a white coat.

"I knew we wasn't ready to be out of the coat yet." The woman with dark brown hair muttered as the men rushed forward and grabbed you pulling your hands from your face as you cried bloody murder struggling against them harshly.

"D-DON'T LEAVE ME!" You body shook as fear and pain took over you your clothes soaked from the amount of tears flowing out of your eyes and the blood from your face.  The woman quickly rushed over as the men held you steady for her.

She flicked the needle before poking your skin with it making you scream, clenching your eyes closed knowing you had lost. You sobbed your heart aching from the pain. You suddenly felt yourself becoming drowsy. You couldn't control your limbs anymore and your eyelids were heavier than you heart felt. 

The men let you go letting you lay back on the cushioned floor as your eyes opened and closed as you fought the wicked drug. "C-come back to me..." And your vision turned black falling into a drug induced sleep.

You sat there working on your (F/H) when you heard the door to your apartment open making you smile knowing only one person had a key to your apartment besides yourself. You heard the gentle footsteps on your floor coming closer and closer and closer...

Long strong arms wrapped themselves around your waist as a warm face was pressed into the side of your neck as you smiled leaning back into him. "Hello." He greeted before kissing your neck making you giggle and pull away before turning to him and giving him a long kiss that sent tingles down your spine.

You pulled away and looked into his eyes before raising your hand to push strands of his black hair out of his face. "Hey." You smiled before standing only wearing his t-shirt, that you had stolen, with a pair of booty shorts.

"Wanna go out?" He asked kissing your hand making you giggle again. "Where are we going Mr? Hmm?" You walked around him to grab a cup of your favorite drink. You leaned your back on your counter before looking at him mischievously as you sipped out of your cup slowly.

Shiro grinned before walking over and placing your cup down on the counter behind you his face right in front of yours as you two held eye contact. Your smirk turned to a gentle smile this moment forever being ingrained in your mind. Being so close so just stare at the beautiful being in front of you. all you ever wanted.

"How about we go to the town, walk around holding hands as you point out places you wanna go. My card is limitless." Shiro said and you snickered as he rubbed the tip of his nose against yours.

You pushed his face away by your hand before walking past him to your bedroom as he followed you close behind you shaking your head at how cute he was. "We both know your card is not limitless." You folded a piece of clothing before you felt strong hands placed on your hips from behind. You felt rough thumbs rubbing circles on your back as his fingers squeezed you hips to give his thumbs pressure on your back.

"Mmm." You hummed through your lips leaning back into his touch before you felt him kiss your cheek. "It's limitless for you." Shiro whispered into your ear sending shivers down your spine as you let your senses overpower everything for just a moment. It felt good to just feel Shiro like this. His hands, his hard chest, his soft lips brushing against her ear gently, his heartbeat pressed up against your back  which only made yours beat faster.

You breathed in deeply before opening your eyes. "I'll need to get dressed then." You whispered and Shiro nodded pulling away from your his warmth leaving you also. When he stopped touching you felt bare like he covered you. He was necessary to you just like clothing.

"I'll be waiting in the kitchen." He winked and backed out of your room pulling the door closed making you chuckled before you stripped and dressed into more date-worthy clothes. You brushed your hair again and popped a mint in your mouth.

You walked out and Shiro gave you the warmest smile. You assumed if you were a candle or something like that you would've melted instantly.

"Ready." You walked forward wrapping an arm around his own. He nodded and led you out of your apartment to go shopping and taste testing at restaurants. It was on him obviously.

You found yourself covered in rain as your knocked on Shiro's front door your face covered in scattered tears as emotions of pain and sadness wracked your fragile body. Once the door finally opened you lifted your head up slowly to see Shiro starring at you in horror. Your cracked and jumped into his arms sobbing into his shoulder violently.

Your soaked body began to soak his as he closed the door and held you close to himself as you shook your heart wrenching sobs traveling right up into his ears making his heart break seeing you in pain. 

"(Y/N)-." He cut himself off before sighing and just petting you head with his free hand the other around your waist as you soaked in his love and care for you.

"Hey Shiro-" You looked up to see Keith looking at you two in a look of curiosity and compassion just before Shiro turned to look at his brother. You felt him nod as you closed your eyes and sniffled focused on Shiro. 

"I'll be in my room." Keith said before you heard retreating footsteps. Then Shiro sighed you felt him place his hands on your bottom picking you up you wrapping your legs around his waist to ensure that you wouldn't fall. Shiro walked over to the couch and sat down with you sitting on his lap as you resumed crying again. You nuzzled your face into his neck as you sniffled, you bunched bundles of his clothing in your fists.

"It h-hurts." You cried your throat burning as you tried to hold back more sobs. "I know." Shiro rubbed his hands up and down your back in a soothing way making your breath even out just a tad becoming not so ragged. 

Shiro sat there with you until it was late at night and you had taken a short nap in his arms after you cried. When you woke Shiro was right there smiling at you. You heart fluttered, you always wanted to wake up to that face. You couldn't wait till you could.

"S-Shiro?"
"Yes, (Y/N)?"
"C-can I have some ice cream."

You sniffled and Shiro chuckled before kissing your forehead whispering against it, "Of course." 

You got off of him so he could get you your ice cream so you sat on the couch alone waiting for him as you wiped your face and took the sleepy out of your eyes.

Shiro returned with a spoon and a tub of some specialty chocolate ice cream. Shiro chuckled as he sat down next to you handing your the ice cream. "We had no more left so I had to break into Keith's secret stash just for you."

You giggled spooning some and shoving it in your mouth tasting its smooth chocolaty taste roll over your tongue sending pleasure through you making you feel more at home and welcome than you already felt. Chocolate did that to people.

"Thanks for risking your life for me." You smiled and Shiro nodded. "Keith is pretty good with knives though. So if I end up getting stabbed it's probably Keith's fault." You both laughed at Shiro's joke before snuggling closer to each other as Shiro grabbed the remote and turned on the Disney channel for you.

You two watched for a few hours you finishing the ice cream with a little help from Shiro. "I love you." Shiro whispered and you smiled. "I love you too."

Shiro pulled his face away from your neck starring at you as you looked at him. "I'll always be here for you. Remember that, don't forget it." Shiro said grabbing your chin gently and lifting it up. You nodded before smiling as you whispered.

"I won't."

And with that, you kissed.

You were walking through the dimly lit streets of the city you two had traveled away to, to celebrate your engagement. You were hand in hand as you walked through the ghost town it seemed. You seemed to be all alone with him.

You two stopped in front of a dark alleyway as you turned him to face you. "What is it Miss (L/N) soon to be Kogane." You both giggled your foreheads pressed to one another's. 

"Oh, I was just wondering where were were gonna spend...." You reached up behind his neck and pulled him down to kiss you. The kiss was slow but filled with passion as you hinted at what you were talking about. You pulled away and Shiro looked you into your eyes. 

"That was probably a hint but I don't get it?" Shiro said raising a cute eyebrow cluelessly making you giggle before you stood up on your tippy-toes whispering into his ear. "Our honeymoon." You might've said that a tad bit more seductively that you had planned, but when you pulled away to see Shiro's pink face you had your full reward from your mistake.

"O-oh, o-of course." He looked away making you chuckle making him smile at your happiness.

He grabbed your hips jerking you close to him making you yelp at the sudden movement. "Come 'ere." You both smiled snickering as you both leaned in to kiss one another. But before your lips could meet someone interrupted you.

"Takashi Shirogane!"

You both jerked away and looked down the alleyway to see a person wearing a mask and black clothes. 

"Yes?" Shiro answered stepping in front of you as a body shield. The person seemed to grin at his actions to protect you.

The man suddenly started listing off number and places Shiro used to be in in the army. "A former spy." The man finished and you looked from the man to Shiro who grit his teeth his fist clenching.

"What do you want?" Shiro asked and you hid behind him more than before. The man grinned. "To only talk that is." The man patted his fingers in a villainous way on his hip. "It won't take long at all."

"Fine." Shiro walked forward as you remembered Shiro's time in the military, so many secrets he wasn't allowed to share. You felt  like he had a second life, but the two of you got through it together.

Shiro reached the man "What?" He snapped and the man grinned even more. "It's been a while." Then the man pulled out a blade and before Shiro could block the sharp blade sprouted from his back.

You gasped covering your mouth as you saw the glint of the moon on the shiny blood stained blade. "I hope your whole family suffers." The man mumbled as he helped Shiro to the ground slowly where his blood began to soak the ground.

"You knew things... Not for you." The man jerked the blade from Shiro's body making him gasp and shake. Tears began rolling down your face.

"Now, because of your mistake, those around you that you love..." The man leaned in for the last part but somehow it didn't escape your ears. "Will suffer.."

The man cackled evilly before standing and winking at you. Then he turned and walked away from Shiro's body.

You sobbed and ran to your love before falling to your knees forgetting your own safety as you grabbed his face making him look at you. "S-Shiro? W-wake up!" You held his face tightly his eyes closed his body limp.

Realization hit you like a truck.

"No, no, no, no, no, no, NO!" You screamed as you began shaking his shoulders. "S-Shiro! Come back!" You sobbed violently as his blood stained your hands and your memory forever.

You heard running footsteps making you look up in fear only to see Keith standing there with his knife in hand. "K-Keith?" You asked and he pulled down his bandanna over the bottom half of his face. Sorrow was his only expression. 

He knelt beside you witnessing his dead older brother. Tears escaped Keith's eyes silently. "I was too late..." Keith's hands became fists as he stood up and looked in the direction the man who had killed Shiro went.

"Where-" "He went that way." You pointed knowing what he wanted. Keith nodded at you before running off. "Call the police!" He yelled back to you so you did.

They arrived way too late, Shiro was gone.

Your eyes fluttered open after the dreams of your past. You saw Keith looking down at you his eyes tired and his face scruffed up and beaten.

"K-Keith?" You began to sit up but he shushed you pushing you back down.

"They don't know I'm here. But I had to check you." Keith said before the door to your room opened revealing a skinny boy with brown hair and blue eyes.

"Keith, we need to leave." Keith nodded at the boy, "Just a second Lance." Then he turned back to you before smiling in compassion moving your hair from your face.

"I believe you." Keith whispered reassuring you again before kissing your forehead in a brotherly way. You sighed remembering why you were classified as insane. There were no traces of his body or of his blood. But you had this wild story of how your fiance was murdered.

But instead they assumed he disappeared. You didn't know what happened to him during that tome your were passed out from shock.

But you were insane. Insane with sorrow, you dreamed of your past almost every time you closed your eyes. You tried to hurt yourself fearing it was your fault for standing in fear as Shiro talked with the man. Perhaps you could've saved him if you had been able to move.

You remembered Keith making visits to reassure you that you weren't totally insane and that Shiro was in fact gone like in your memory. You were thankful for that.

"Keith!" Lance warned looking nervous. "Alright!" Keith responded before giving your hand a squeeze. "Hang in there, I'll get you out of here." Keith promised and you nodded feeling sleepy again.

Then Keith left, and there you were. Alone once again to drown in your sorrow and regret.

Well I told myself the next Shiro chapter wouldn't be sad but apparently I lied to myself lol.

Forgive me, for I have (probably) broken many readers hearts.

While I was writing this though, I thought about how I could actually develop this into a really great fanfic lol. Not that I have any time to do that. 

*sigh*
