Pidge still bound her chest even after she told everyone she identifies as a girl. After a particularly hard mission on a rescued planet, she actually passed out due to chest restriction. She had cracked a few ribs from unsafe binding and harmfully long hours without resting her chest. After she got out of the healing pods, she confessed that she prefers to bind because she feels normal in a bandage.
Lance was very upset when he found out Pidge was using a bandage to bind and immediately set out to see her a safer binder. He also checks in on her every once in a while to ask how's she's doing, since one of his brothers is trans. The two have grown even closer after that event.
