Percy's pov

After I told Annabeth everything she went down to her room to think. A few hours later when we got to Greenland I sent Nico down to get her.

A minute later Nico and Annabeth come up. They both look around at the iceberg that is Greenland.

"Ready?" I ask.

They both nod. We leave the ship and walk around for a few minutes not knowing where we we should go. Then Nico finds a cave that basically screams 'Enter here to die!'.

"This must be the right place," I say. Then I do what I do best. Walk into dangerous situations without thinking. This time I walked into a dark tunnel. Annabeth and Nico follow me. We walk down the tunnel for about a minute before light fills the cave. We all look around trying to figure out where it came from. Then we see that there are
lights on the ceiling.

"How did they turn on though?" I ask.

"It must have been some sort of motion detector," Annabeth says.

We keep walking. We are expecting to run into a lot of monsters like we usually do, but we don't see a single monster. That makes us think that we should be ready to fight a big army of monster later. Eventually we come into a big circular room. This room unlike the rest of the tunnel is dark. We can't see two feet in front of us. Then we hear a noise from our left. It sound like someone bumped into metal.

"Shsh!" We hear a girl say.

We move carefully and slowly to our left. I feel the wall in front of me. It feels like cell bars. I squint to try a see better. I'm the cell were two people. "Hello?" I ask.

"Percy?" The girl says.

"Zoe?!" I shake the cell door to try and open it. It's locked.

Then I hear clapping from behind me. As I turn around the lights come on. It's Liam and Tim.

"Bravo!" Liam says. "We were afraid you wouldn't come!" I see a key hanging on a hook by the doorway Liam and Tim came out of. I look at Annabeth. She nods to let me know that she sees it too. She puts on her hat, that I did't know she had with her, and carefully starts to move towards the key. I try to keep them talking so they don't realize that Annabeth disappeared and it will give her a chance to get over there.

"How did you get my friends?" I ask.

"We found them walking around LA." Tim tells me.

"LA? How did they get out of the Underworld?"

"How should we know!" Liam says. "We just saw them walking and tricked them into thinking we would help them. That girl was stubborn, didn't want to come with us, but her little boyfriend told her it would be fine." Liam tells me laughing.

"He's not my boyfriend!" Zoe yells loudly and angrily from behind me.

"Of course he's not," Liam says rolling his eyes.

Out of the corner of my eye I see the keys moving. She almost had them.

"Not so fast girly!" Liam says throwing his hand out. It hits Annabeth. She falls back and her hat comes off.

"Annabeth!" I call.

She sits up looking very mad.

"You shouldn't have done that," Nico says. "Never make Annabeth mad. I learned that the hard way."

Annabeth pulls her dagger off of her bracelet. Nico and I take that as our queue. We both take out our swords. We step forward so, we are even with Annabeth.

'We can do this.' I think. 'There's three of us, highly skilled demigods. Only two of them, grow men who have nothing better to do then kidnap a bunch of teens.' You've heard of speaking to soon. Well, I thought to soon. As soon as I had thought that about two hundred monsters flooded the room. We were trapped.

Then we had to do what we do best. Kick these monster's butts.

I went for the middle to Tim and Liam. Annabeth went left. And Nico went right. Since we were all very skilled and there was only about two hundred monsters we were able to take them out pretty easily. It didn't take long before it was just Annabeth, Nico, and I standing in piles of gold dust in front of Liam and Tim.

Before they could do anything Annabeth gets the key. They turn and run the way we come from. I was about to go after them when Annabeth grabs my arm.

"Lets get these guys out before you do anything else. Ok?"

"Ok," Annabeth throws me the key. I turn around. There are four cells I start at the end. I unlock the door. Ethan steps out.

"Thank you," He says.

"Thank you. You might not feel like you did anything but I know you saved a lot of lives," I say.

He smiles and stands back. I unlock the next door. Lee and Castor step out.

"Hi, boys," I say. We give each other man hugs. Then they go step with the others. I see them hug Annabeth and introduce themselves to Nico.

I unlock the third door. Charles and Silena step out. Annabeth and Silena hug. I give Charles a man hug. Then I hug Silena and Charles hugs Annabeth. They do the same with Nico.

I go to the last door. I unlock the door. Bianca steps out. Nico runs to her.

"Bianca!" He says. They give each other huge hugs and don't let go.

Zoe steps out. I go up to her. She gives me a hug. It's short but, still a hug is a hug. I smile at her and look around the room. Old friends are all talking and laughing.

"Come on guys," I call. I lead them out.

"Wait! Where's Luke?" Annabeth asks.

"They brought him up there," Zoe says pointing up the staircase that Liam and Tim had come down.

"I'll go get him," I say.

"I want to come," Annabeth says.

"I know you do, just let me go alone. I'll get him. I'll bring him back. I need you to bring them back to the ship."

"Fine," she says.

I watch them walk away. Then I turn and walk up the stairs. At the top is a circular room. "Luke!" I call.

"Percy?" I hear Luke ask.

"Yeah! It's me." I walk to the cell when he is standing. I unlock the door. He comes out.

"I'm sorry," We both say at the same time.

We give each other a hug. Then we walk downstairs. We walk down the tunnel. We walk out of the tunnel. I see Annabeth standing by the ship. We are almost there. When Annabeth yells. "Percy! Behind you!"

I turn around to see Liam holding a sword. Tim is a few feet behind him. Liam swings it. I deflect it with Riptide. I can tell Luke wants to fight but he doesn't have a sword. "Go! Take the others and get out of here!" I yell. I can tell he doesn't want to, but he does.

Annabeth's pov

I watch Luke run towards the ship. Towards me. When he gets here I can tell he wants to be over there fighting with Percy. I want to too. I watch them fight. Then I see Liam push his sword down into the ice. It cracks. I watch Liam and Tim fell. Percy starts to fall too.

"Percy!" I yell. I try to run. I try to get to him. Luke grabs me around the waist stopping me. He pulls me onto the ship. "No! Let me go!" I hit Luke trying to get him to let me go. I know he won't and I know Percy's dead. 'Falling from ice the son of Neptune shall drown' and 'Wisdom's daughter walks alone'. This was it. He was gone I was alone.

"No! He can't be gone!" I say crying. Luke pulls me into a hug. The others come running up from below deck.

"What happened?" Lee asks. When he sees me crying.

"Oh my Gods!" Nico says when he sees the ice. He knows.
