they are in taehyung's living room.

a playstation is connected.

fortnite is installed.

taehyung has two controllers.

conclusion: they were playing fortnite together sweating through every new round they started. they didn't even care about the time.

"you got him?"

"yes."

"did we win?" taehyung asked.

"yeah we did." jungkook answered.

"again!" they added in unison and giggled.

"was there ever a round we didn't win?" jungkook laughed and taehyung looked at him, pretending to think, honestly spending his time admiring jungkook laughing.

"no, we always won." he laughed.

they slowly calmed down from their laughter. "i'm so happy we met today." taehyung said and jungkook nodded lightly.

"i'm sorry about that... you know."

"it's fine. i'll wait till you're ready to explain." taehyung smiled and jungkook smiled back.

"so, now you must be hungry, because i'm starving. what's the time?"

jungkook widened his eyes as he checked the time on his phone.

"10PM?!" taehyung looked at the screen in disbelief.

"gosh, we ate nothing." he was quick to disappear in the kitchen. jungkook followed with a chuckle.

"what are you making?" he asked, stemming his chin in his arms.

"i don't know. just something simple i guess? normally i start at 5-7pm with cooking." taehyung shrugged. "is rice with kimchi fine?"

"you don't have to extra cook rice now tae. i'll order a pizza." despite not having the money for that, for once jungkook wants to spend this. it's with taehyung.

"fine, but we'll divide the money."

"as if, i'll pay." jungkook retorted and taehyung glared at him.

"rock, paper, scissor." taehyung said extending his arm.

jungkook smirked. "you'll lose."

"we'll see." taehyung smirked back.

after the second round, because in the first round both picked stone, jungkook won as he picked paper and taehyung again stone.
the older pouted. "i feel bad if you pay alone."

"i want to pay, don't worry. now let's search for delivery service on the internet." jungkook said, picking his phone out, leaning against the counter. taehyung skipped next to him, trying to look kn jungkook's phone.

oblivious of the fact that their hair was touching and their face were just a little apart from each other, the two stared down on the rectangle device in the younger's hand.

"i guess this is fine." jungkook said and in the same moment the two of them turned to look at each other. their eyes met, their breaths hitched, their lips agaped.

both quickly turned away with blushing cheeks. "y-yeah i think it's f-fine." taehyung smiled.

they awkwardly sat on the couch, silence filling the room. both flinched when it ringed on the door. "i'll go!" taehyung said, but jungkook still followed.

"yoongi?" taehyung looked at the male suprised and jungkook couldn't understand shit.

"oh hey taehyung. you ordered?"

"since when are you working for domino's?"
taehyung smiled and hugged his hyung.

"three weeks? i needed some money." he smiled and his eyes fell on the male behind taehyung. he smirked.

"hey nice to meet you, i'm yoongi." he smiled his gummy smile at the male, jungkook smiled back.
"i'm jungkook."

taehyung just smiled. "thank you so much hyung." he said as he picked the pizzas from the older.

jungkook payed and waved yoongi goodbye, took the pizzas and already went in, wanting to leave taehyung and his friend to talk.

"it's obvious."

"what do you mean?"

"you like him, don't you?" yoongi arched an eyebrow.

"don't know what you mean."

"you're still looking in the direction he left, taehyung." yoongi laughed. taehyung finally snaps back and blushes. "i-i'm sorry hyung..."

"get him dude, he's hot."

taehyung pouted and playfully glared at him. "i'll try my best." he winked and closed the door.

yoongi laughed as he turned around to go back to his car.

jungkook sat on the couch, the pizzas laying on the table. taehyung happily skipped over to the younger and jumps next to him.

"yoongi seems really nice." jungkook said and taehyung smiles. "yeah, he's a really good friend. someday i'll need to introduce you to my friends." taehyung smiled as he took a bite of his pizza slice.

"you know taehyung.... you're my only friend." jungkook also took a bite of his slice.

"i got bullied at school." he added when taehyung stared at him in disbelief.

"oh, i'm sorry..." but then he crossed his arms and pouted. "jungkookie they were just jealous. they had no fucking reason to bully you, you are literally perfect." he angrily took a bite.

jungkook looked at taehyung with a font smile. "i'm not perfect... you are."

taehyung's pout disappeared and he looked at jungkook now with agaped lips. their eyes locked and taehyung's cheeks turned dark red.

but suddenly jungkook bursted out laughing and taehyung looked at him confused. "wha-what is? why are you laughing."

"nothing, you just have there something." there was a tomato sauce stain next to taehyung's lips. jungkook slowly removed the stain with his thumb and licked it right after.

the older just stared.

the younger smirked knowing what he had done.

taehyung quickly turned away, trying to hide his blush, while the other turned back to the pizza playing unbothered.

"i should go home." jungkook smiled sadly and taehyung pouted. "no please stay." taehyung tuck onto his arm.

"it's late, you have to go to school tomorrow."

"i'm fine, kook."

taehyung shrieked when a loud sound was heard. a thunder. he clung tighter onto jungkook's arm.

"s-see, there's a thunder outside and it's probably raining. please just stay." taehyung pleaded.

jungkook looked at him with a raised eyebrow, but his expression quickly softened. "angel, are you scared of thunders?"

taehyung realised he was still holding jungkook's arm and quickly let go. "pfff no, i'm not scared, i was just startled.

*inserts thunder sound lmao

taehyung's body twitched and he nervously bit his lip. jungkook eyed him worriedly and scooted closer to him on the couch. he opened his arms for the older and just smiled.

taehyung looked at his arms first and then at his face and found himself loosing in jungkook's eyes.

"come here tae." he said softly and taehyung crawled next to him, lying his head on his chest. jungkook slowly moved his arms around the older's body. "are you okay?"

both definitely were fine, but their hearts were beating on an animalistic pace, pounding hardly against their chests, they where nervous and questioning a lot of things.

"i don't want you to go through the rain. you'll catch a cold. " taehyung said quietly, jungkook smiled. "is that really why you won't me to go?"

taehyung widened his eyes. "i-

"you're scared of thunders, i don't wanna let you alone either." jungkook spoke softly. taehyung exhales relieved.

"i'm not scared of them..."

taehyung squeaked, hiding his face on jungkook. the younger laughed. "yeah totally not scared." he mocked and taehyung pouted.

"it's just, they are so sudden and that's what the scary part, you never know when there'll be the next." he crossed his arms and jungkook coos internally at how adorable the older was.

they remained like that, taehyung always twitching when there was a new thunder. they had turned a movie on, trying to distract taehyung from the thunder and it helped.

soon or later, jungkook heard light snoring from his side. he looked to his side, being met with the view of taehyung's beauty.
"indeed an angel." jungkook mumbled with a shy smile.

he looked at the clock, sighing when he noticed it was already past midnight. he looked at taehyung, not wanting to wake him up and disturb his beautiful sleep.

he slowly and gently picked the boy up, smiling at how light he was, like a feather. he carried him to his bedroom, after failing three times to find it.

he smiled seeing the colors. taehyung's room was also beige and white, but with a light touch of baby purple. uncommon combination, but it looked pretty in the room of the older.

he slowly went to the bed, placing the male as gently as possible there, making sure to tuck him warmly under the blanket.

then he stared for a few seconds at the older's face, taking in the beauty. for real, accepting this one friend request in a stupid game like fortnite was his best decision ever.

he softly brushed his hand through taehyung's hair, feeling the softness of his hair between his fingers. he smiled.

he went back to the living room, settling himself on the couch. he took a thick blanket next to the couch and wrapped it around his body. then he lied down, recalling past events, past conversations and most of all taehyung and his voice and beauty.
