Alexis' POV
          The rest of the night we don't sleep.
          "I don't want to go back their. I can't..." He looks in pain and afraid. I butterfly kiss him and sympathize.
          "Then you don't have to." His hurt disappears.
          We stay up talking about everything. Well not everything, not what happened in the Lab, but other things. Catching up on each other's lives.
          I end up laying on his plastron and playing with the ends of his mask, twirling the material in my fingers.
          "Well I've only really lived on the surface for a year..." Finally confessing, I glance to see Raph's utter shock.
          "Y-Ya mean dey h-had ya for four years? Ya were alive for four years an' all dat time we could have saved ya, I could have saved ya or looked for ya... We were too broken, I was too demolished ta even think ya were alive. I wanted ta... I wanted ta look for ya... An' I did. I invented dis Nightwatcha fella so I could be a vigilante on da streets and search for ya. Dat's where I'd go in da nights ta come and find ya. I did dat for two years... An' I neva found ya... My brothas didn't know. Masta Splinta an' everyone was too hurt ta notice I was gone. I thought ya was dead Lex... I thought you were dead..." Raph can no longer meet my gaze and he shakes as he cries. I hold him and turn his eyes back to meet mine.
          "You didn't know Raphael... It's okay. I'm okay now. I'm here. And that's all that matters. I'm not leaving, and you can always find me in hear..." I lay a hand on his chest above the heart and press my forehead to his. My arms soon hug him tight and we stay locked in this position a while before I break the silence with a low whisper...
          "I love you Raphael..."
          "I love you too Alexis..."
