Walking on the way to school, with the birds chirping and the warm sun shining on your skin, you over hear a few kids ahead something about a new student. 'What are they talking about?', you wonder. Shrugging away the thought, you continue on your way to school, with your (h/l), (h/c) hair blowing behind you in the cool, refreshing spring breeze. Upon entering your homeroom, you continue to hear the news all over campus about the new kid. it wasn't really what interested you, however, you didn't know that the new kid was none other than the famous vocaloid diva; Hatsune Miku, the number most favored vocaloid by all of the girls and boys that go to your school, and also recognized as the princess of vocaloid, ever since day one.

By the time that class had started, as the teacher walked in, there came another student had walked in after her. Looking up to face the teacher, you take a look at the kid, you can tell that she was around fifteen to sixteen years old, with teal colored twin tails, with matching teal eyes, and a smile that seems to melt anyone's heart. "Alright class," the teacher, Mrs. Sakine starts off, "today we have a brand new student. Please say hello to miss Miku Hatsune, the world famous vocaloid." You couldn't help but stare with your eyebrows furrowed slightly and your mouth open with a small gape. As soon as your eyes met with the young vocaloid girl, she began to turn a bit red in her cheeks, with a tiny smile plastered onto her face, meanwhile you just simply turned your gaze away, to look out the window, completely unamused by the young female.

By the time that lunch had come around, you decided to go up to the roof to hopefully enjoy eating your (f/f) with a granola bar and an ice cold bottle of water. However, you did not notice the pattering of feet following behind you, up to the roof as well. "Excuse me?" you heard behind you, "um... I was wondering if I could eat with you. The cafeteria is too crowded downstairs." Looking back, you meet the shy new girl, who goes by Hatsune Miku, or as she would prefer to be called by others, Miku-chan. "look, I don't really care where you sit, just do not start getting all cute with me. Okay?" you say to her, a tone of complete boredom evident in your voice. "oh," Miku started, "okay. Thank you!" and with that, she sat directly next to you, somehow, and rather uncomfortably, up against your arm.

As the weeks go by, Miku has been constantly by your side, no matter how much you had tried to avoid her. Whether you were simply doing a project in the library for English class, out in the school garden taking care of the plants, or even just going over your math homework in an empty classroom, you found her to be rather clingy towards you, in which you found to get rather annoying. It was when she began to hold your hand as your were heading to the roof for lunch again, that you could not hold in your anger towards her anymore. "That's it Hatsune-san," you screamed, getting everyone's attention, "why are you always following me around and clinging onto me all the time?!" everyone started to close in, hoping to hear what it was that the famous Hatsune Miku was going to say. "isn't it obvious?" she asked, "I fell in love with you as son as our eyes met when I first arrived." from that, all of the students gaped at her sudden confession, while you, looking at her with furrowed eyes and a frown with your teeth clenched together a bit tightly, began to say, in a rather angry voice, "well, I don't feel the same way! I don't love you, nor do I even like you!! I find you totally annoying, so just leave me alone!!!"

The crowd that surrounded you gasped, and started whispering as you just started to walk onward, as always with miss Miku Hatsune walking right behind you. "It's okay." she said, "i'll just wait until you do like me back. Then we can be together as a couple when you feel like it." "whatever, just don't hold my hand anymore." you said to her, while facing ahead to reach your destination. "No promises!~" she sang, with a small giggle at the end, making your cheeks to flush slightly red, in frustration.

As time went on as it normally did, you found that having Miku by your side wasn't all that bad. Yeah, she got clingy at times, but when you gave her 'that' look, she still kept that smile you adored on her face, and kept her space a bit, in order to make sure that you were always happy. As you two entered your chorus class, Miku looked at your side-profile, with a delicate, yet still noticeable blush on her face. "Hey, (n/n)?" she asked, breaking the calming silence between you two, "Yeah, Hatsune-san?" "I really do love you. Will you please marry me?" At the sudden question, you look at her with widened eyes, and a face that was as red as that of a ripe tomato. "Why the sudden question?! We barely even know each other that well!" you yell, backing up a bit and waving your hands frantically in front of you. Miku, on the other hand, just stood there smiling about her proposal towards you, but kept that adorable smile on her delicate face. "And maybe we can even adopt three children after we're wed: Two boys and a girl, Two girls and a boy, three boys or even three girls!"

"Woah, woah! Wait a minute, Miku." You said, quickly interrupting her train of thought. "what's the matter (y/n)-chan?" she replied, tilting her head slightly, making your face go even redder than it was. "We can't just get married so quickly!! We're still young, both of us sixteen years old! you know? not to mention that we have never even gone out on a date, even though I'm not implying that we should, of course..." you say, mumbling a bit in embarrassment, while poking your index fingers together, looking down towards the floor with your (h/c) bangs covering your eyes, while your face is still sort of red.

"(y/n)-chan,..." Miku started up again, without allowing you to finish what your were trying to say, "that doesn't matter to me! I love you!!!" Face going even more red, until it was pure red. Turning away from Miku, you crossed your arms and scoffed loud enough for her to hear, and start begging for your forgiveness. "Please forgive me, (y/n)-chan!!" she cried, "I didn't mean to make you so upset. Please, please don't be upset with me!" "Well, you're the idiot who interrupted me when I wasn't finished speaking! So if you learned your lesson, don't interrupt me while I'm talking again!" You hollered towards the tealette, turning your head slightly, but still keeping your eyes away from her gaze, so that you did not fall victim to her cute little puppy eye trick. "I can't believe you would do that though. And you get upset so easily, it's as if you're filled with weak spots."

Towards lunch again, you decided to just sit outside this time, with miku, as per usual, sitting right next to you. "Say (y/n)?" Miku asked, "How come I always see you at the jewelry store on the way home?" "I guess there's just something that really catches my eye. It's actually a pair of rainbow quartz earrings, to be specific." Hearing this, Miku quickly dashes into her bag and pulls out a little blue box and hands it to you, with a big grin plastered on her face. "Then here! I figured that you might be interested in those so, I got them for you myself." Looking at the box, you carefully take it from Miku's hands and open it, to find the most beautiful piece of jewelry that you have laid eyes on; The colors are that of a rainbow in the sky after a rainy day, and the silver rings to hold it together, the rainbow quartz earrings that you so desired for. "

"Miku, I... thank you so much." You said, in reply as warm, wet tears expressing your joy dripped down your cheeks. As your heart started to beat faster once again. Looking at the pair of earrings that you had received from miku, you could see that she really did care for you, and wanted you to be as happy as possible; seeing that as long as you're happy, she's also happy. Looking at the teallette, you could of sworn that you felt your heart beat even faster than before, as well as your cheeks burn as though they were now on fire. "Miku..." you said out loud, gaining her attention. "Yes? What is it (y/n)-chan? Do you need anything else?" She asked, but soon widening her eyes to see that you hug her as another way of thanking her. But what was it for? The earrings again? no. For showing that she's the nicest person you've ever met? possibly. Whoever knows the reason, she still smiled and hugged back, returning the embrace of very strong emotions from her to you and your spirit.

It was when you now realized what you had done; you hugged the girl that you didn't have feelings for back. The very girl that despised when you first met her. But what was wrong with you now? You were so confused on your own feelings now. Do you like her back? Or do you still dislike her? You weren't sure. All you know now, was that you had now seen that, besides being clingy and annoying, she had a sweet side to her. And you admire that about others, how sweet they can be. "I, uhhh... I-I have to go now!" You say, pulling out of the hug and grabbing your things as you make a dash for your next period, with the only thought going through your head was 'Why is my body shaking, and why do I feel like I'm upset about everything?'

Another month has passed, and you still get that weird feeling around Miku whenever she hangs out with you: a racing heart, burning cheeks, tense nerves. "(y/n)-chan? Are you listening?" you heard your teacher say to you, making you focus on what your surroundings are once again. "Y-Yes, Sakine-sensei, I am. I was just lost in my train of thought, that's all." You say, looking at your work showing that, on the corners of your work, there were little doodles of you and Miku together, either holding hands or kissing each others cheeks. As the bell rung, signalling the end of fifth period, you bolted out of the classroom almost like that of a jackrabbit, to your locker, grabbing your lunch and rushing straight to the stairs in front of the school. "There you are!" You heard a very familiar voice say, " I was wondering where you were. You okay?" "Y-yeah, Miku-san, I-I'm fine." You lie between your teeth, hoping to hide the very convenient blush that was forming on your cheeks with your bangs, as you look towards the ground. "You sure? You don't really look very well. Need me to take you to the nurse? Oh wait. There was something I wanted to tell you first." You look up at Miku with widened eyes and the blush still on your face, getting to turn into a much darker shade of red. "If you ever need anything, just let me know. No matter what it is, I will be there. You can count on that." She said, making your entire face burn like it was on fire, while you now looked like a tomato. "Seriously?! Then can you get me a glass of water?" you asked, hoping to get a little time away from her for a little bit of time. Nodding at your request, she sped off to go get you a cold bottle of water from one of the many vending machines that the school had.

Hearing this, you had to run home as quickly as possible, however, you could not feel your legs moving in the way you wished had brought you closer to Miku, as you began to wrap your arms around her, burying your face into her teal colored hair, with your eyes closed, your cheeks a light pink color, and the corners of your mouth spread with a grin. "Thank you," you said, sounding like you were on the brink of tears, "You're the best friend I've ever had Miku-chan." Feeling Miku place her hands around your waist as well, made your cheeks blush a brighter shade of red, but made you smile wider and wider. As Miku pulled away, she smiled at you with a blush of her own and said...

As more time passed, you and Miku had become much closer, however, Miku was much quieter than she usually was. You asked her constantly, but every time she would say "I'm fine" or "It's nothing, don't worry about it." This made you grow concerned about her, but you decided to leave it be. It probably wasn't any of your concern anyway, was it?

Meanwhile, after the last bell rung for Miku, she was the first to leave before anyone else; She didn't even bother waiting for you, and rushed straight for her home. Once she went inside her room, which now was filled with multiple self-made posters of you with your (h/c) down and blowing in the wind, Pictures of the two of you together when you had warmed up to her over her first encounter with her, and finally a small shrine in her wardrobe that contains many more pictures of you, in either dresses that she had bought you, or short skirts and tank tops for when it was too hot to wear your usual jeans and pants. She just started to sigh dreamily over them, with a bright red blush rising in her cheeks. She couldn't help but dream about you for so long, that she eventually ended up thinking about doing dirty things with you, while whispering in your ears about how much she loved you. This growing feeling inside of her had started to burn like a fire, and being with you was only making it grow more and more with each passing day.

Walking home one day, you noticed something on the ground. Bending down to get a closer look, you saw that is was white and had a kitty grin that connected to it's nose, but it was shaped like a big stuffed bear that closely resembled your favorite stuffed panda. Picking it up, you could of sworn that you saw a face on the bear, with the face belonging to a certain Hatsune Miku. Feeling heat rise in your cheeks a little bit, you felt that she could see you clearly, while trying to get a view that was sort of lower than your eyes. However, what you did was what you though was impossible. Leaning in closer and closer to the bear's face, thinking that is was a certain tealette girl, that you believe that has now stolen your heart, you brought it closer and closer until your lips touched the soft, soothing feel of the stuffed animals fabric. Needing to say, this was your way of admitting that you had fallen in love, with another girl no doubt; with that girl being, the one and only,...... Hatsune Miku.

As the following day occurred, you tried your best to avoid Miku at all costs. Seeing you do this though, she felt as though you didn't like her anymore and began to stay as far away from you in classes, and lunch, unaware that you were just planning something for her; something that would keep her happy as long as possible. While setting up this surprise though, your panda decided to "fall asleep", which had given you more time to set everything, and find Miku, before anything can decide to go wrong. However, as Miku was waiting for you outside, as school decided to end early for the day, she thought that your wouldn't even bother seeing her to walk home together, and thus, decided to start walking home by herself; completely unaware that you were quickly coming up behind her.

Tackling her to the ground, you let out a tiny little giggle of joy, just as she lets out a squeal of surprise, due to the fact that she did not expect you to come up from behind her. As she felt you grab her wrist, you started to drag her back inside the school, and to the school garden, where you had different assertions of multiple different flowers that ranged from luscious, snow white, water lilies, to orange tiger lilies, to the variations of red, white, yellow and pink roses. This arrangement made Miku stare in complete and total 'awe' at the different variations of flowers that she had not seen before, which made a smile begin to appear on your own (s/t) face and the young tealette began to run to the different flowers and get a close look at each one.

Having seen the newly formed blush to appear on her face from seeing the red roses set in the garden, she couldn't tell how they were set up. So, deciding to take her hand once more, you lead her back inside once again, and up the long and winding staircases that led you both to the rooftop. Finally being able to get a perfect view of the flowers in the garden this time, Miku could now tell what the roses were set up as; with the red roses set in a big red heart, the pink roses made up to look like feathers from an arrow, the white ones set in an angle, like the stem of an arrow, with the arrow tip being made up of the yellow roses, while the background had been created by mixing up the tiger and water lilies into one whole background that surrounded the rose filled heart.

Seeing Miku smile like that made your heart pick up it's pace, as a small form of blush appeared on your face. Seeing her this happy about how you set this little surprise for her, had also made you happy, that you decided to not hide your feelings from her any longer. Miku turned and came back to be by your side once more, until you had stepped to face her, (e/c) to teal eyes meet, as you had gently wrapped your arms around her, gentle but still firm enough to keep her from running away. "Miku..." you said,in a quiet, gentle voice that continued to resonate in her ears, "I'm glad I met you."

Pulling back to look back into her eyes again, you could see a faint blush forming on her cheeks. "At first, I never thought that this would happen, but as we grew closer, my feelings just kept on growing. I thought that it was just nerves, but eventually that turned into something else that I was scared of accepting." Looking at you with her blush growing more and more, she began to smile as you continued to lead up to what she had been hoping for you to say. "I guess you could say that, i've finally come to terms with what I was feeling for you." you finished saying, happy to be getting a big grin from the young tealette.

Widening your eyes in complete and utter shock, you smile sweetly as you hug her back, just as quick as she hugged you just as you had hugged her. "If you're saying that you're finally accepting my feelings, then I'm glad that you are." she said, her eyes brimming with tears, still sharing a wide grin spread across her face.

"I'm so glad that you finally accept me. I promise that I'll always make you happy." Miku said in reply to your almost confession, making your face turn a bright rose red, with a gentle smile gracing your face. "Can I finally hear the words that I want to hear from you since we first met and hung out?" she asked, with a blush that had spread from her face to her ears.
