In this song, it is shows that the girl is trying to fake a smile.

She tries to make no one notice that she is sad, and she succeeds, because everyone thinks she is alright. She probably has a case of depression or loneliness.

Lets break the song down.

She is scared of being destroyed and she doesn't want to show weakness. I think this means that she doesn't want anyone to think that she is pathetic, so she pretends to be happy all the time.

She is unhappy that she has to lie to herself and others, because she was scared no one would accept her.

Her feelings can't turn into words means that she can't express her emotions and how she truly feels, or tell someone about them.

She then makes a friend who was always kind to her, and no matter what happened, would always be there for her. Making sure never to let her go.

She wanted to be a kind person for her friend, so she told lies. She is saddened that she has to lie to her best friend. But her friend sees this and instead of turning away, she says to her "Smile, laugh! I understand, so everything will be fine."

And she was glad.

In the PV, flowers are constantly there. I am unsure why though.
