This song ended up becoming part of the Kagerou Project manga.

It is about a boy who repeatedly goes through the same day over and over again, hoping to save the girl, who keeps dying.

Based off a comment that I read on Youtube, I believe that this song is about a boy who suffered from heatstroke and is having a dream that his friend keeps on dying. He can't wake up hence the fact that his friend is repeatedly dying. His friend could be trying to save him and keep him alive during the coma, hence the words: "I failed this time, too..." because she was trying to stop him from dying, while he tried to stop her from dying.

The words from Jubyphonic's English version "What you see is exactly what you're gonna get." means that what has happened to the girl is either happening to the boy, or has happened to the boy, or that it is going to happen, and because of that, the loop will continue forever.
