~3rd Person POV~
"Kaito...?"
The blue-haired man looked up from where he was sitting on the edge of Miku's bed, turning his head back to look at the girl. "Yes?"
"Do people...really hate me...?" Miku asked, tears welling up at the corners of her eyes.
Kaito flinched at that, scooting closer to the girl and holding his hand out for her to take. "No, no.... They're just...judgmental. You're an amazing singer, and all those people are just jealous."
"They are...?" The turquoise-haired girl tilted her head to the side, raising an eyebrow. "T-then why do they say all those mean things...?"
"It's just the jealousy getting to them," Kaito explained, patting Miku's head. "Don't worry about it, alright?"
Miku nodded slowly, pulling the blanket up over her mouth and nose, keeping only her eyes showing. "Y-yeah," she mumbled, her voice being muffled even more by the blanket covering it.
The blue-haired man smiled. "Good. Now, get some sleep alright?" He nodded, patting her head before standing up and heading for the door.
"W-wait, Kaito...." Miku reached her hand out, grabbing on to Kaito's sleeve before he could get any further. "Could you...sing me a song...? I-I...love your voice...." She looked away, embarrassed of what she had just said.
Kaito laughed softly, kneeling down next to the girl and holding her hand in his own. "Alright."
After Kaito had finished an entire song for Miku, he smiled at her. "Good night, Miku." The blue-haired man leaned his head down and placed a soft kiss against Miku's forehead. "Sweet dreams."
Miku blushed. "G-goodnight...." She mumbled, closing her eyes once she saw the door close, the silhouette of Kaito disappearing behind it.

"H-huh...?" Miku awoke with a jolt. She looked around, pushing the blankets off of her. "Was that...a dream...?" She mumbled quietly to herself, squinting through the bright rays of sunshine which poured through the window.
The girl furrowed her eyebrows together in confusion. "W-what does that mean...?" She shook her head, sighing as she stood up and got dressed. Maybe she would talk with Meiko about it. She could always go to Meiko for things like this.
"A-and...! And then!" As Miku made he way downstairs and into the kitchen, Rin was enthusiastically talking to Len about something, waving her hands around excitedly.
"Morning~!" Miku called happily, the twins turning their heads towards her and greeting back in perfect sync.
"Morning Miku!"
The turquoise-haired girl smiled at the two, taking a seat next to Len. "Where's Meiko?" She asked, poking the blond boy's shoulder.
Len shrugged. "I heard Kaito talking with her on the phone. It sounded like she was scolding him again. I'm guessing she went out and got drunk."
Miku pursed her lips. "Oh. Okay." She sighed heavily, standing up again. "I'll go talk to Kaito then," she murmured to herself, making her way out of the kitchen and into the living room, where most of the Vocaloids had gathered.
"Ah, Kaito!" Miku called out to the taller man, waving her hand at him, smiling.
Kaito smiled back, making his way over to her. "Good morning, Miku." He gave her a small pat on the head. "Sleep well?"
The girl nodded, pursing her lips. "I had a weird dream," she mumbled, somewhat embarrassed to talk about it with the person it was about.
"Really?" Kaito asked, cocking his head to the side. "About what?"
"Y-you...." Miku looked away, blushing as she played with the bottom of her skirt embarrassedly.
The man's eyes widened slightly, but he just laughed. "That's...cute." He grabbed her hand, pulling it up to his lips and pressing a soft kiss against the pale skin. "I hope to see you in your dreams again, milady."

"Aaaagghh!" Miku awoke with a shout. "I-I hate clichés like this!" She huffed, covering her blood-red face with her hands, ignoring all of Meiko's noise complaints coming from the other side of her door.
