Your POV

Your phone rings and you shakily answer it.

"Hello?" You question.

"Is this (y/n) (l/n)?" The woman asks.

"Yes. This is her." You respond back.

You lock eye contact with Todd. Scott's best friend.

"Put the phone on speaker." Todd whispers.

You shake your head no and Todd mumbles back a playfully aggressive 'yes'. You give in and put it on speaker.

"Great! We just wanted to let you know that the test did come back positive. You are indeed pregnant." She says to you. "Congratulations miss (L/n)!"

"Th-thank you." You stutter as you end the call.

"Oh my god I'm gonna be an uncle!" Todd shouts. "Congratulations! Scott will be so excited, he's always talked about having kids."

You stand up and pull Todd into a hug. "I'm fucking pregnant. That is insane." You say with a laugh at the end.

"It really is insane. How are you gonna tell him?" Todd asks you.

"Ooo um that's a question I don't exactly have an answer to." You reply.

"Well we have like 2 hours to find a way to tell him so let's get to thinking." Todd says excitedly.

  — 1 hour and 55 minutes later —

"That's all you could come up with?" Todd questions.

"Yeah. That's all I've got and he's like 3 minutes away so." You say back with a laugh.

"Well. Here goes nothing."

"How was your day love?" You ask Scott as you cuddle up into his side. Todd was on the other side of the couch playing on his phone.

"Stressful, how was yours beautiful?" He asks after kissing you on your forehead.

You look at Todd and you look back at Scott.

"Amazing! Found out I won't have to be on my period for like 9 months." You respond casually.

"What? 9 months?" He questions at first. "Oh my god! Are you pregnant!?" He stands up and asks quickly.

You smile and nod your head.

"Todd! Do you hear this!? (Y/n) is pregnant!" He exclaimed before pulling you into a tight hug.

"Holy fuck I love you so much!" He says.

"Holy fuck I love you so much more." You reply softly.
