Biz's pov.....

I switched the ship on autopilot and turned to Chiz.

She was sitting right next to me with her head hanging.

"I know what your thinking, but it is only a coincidence. My cloak appeared to be the same color as theirs." Chiz said.

"I'm sorry I attacked you. I wasn't thinking." I said.

"No, no it's fine. I deserved it anyway." Chiz replied solemnly.

"Sometime, we need to just sit down and talk about this. I don't know what I'm going to do with you." I said.

"Oh, I just remembered! While you were talking with the kids, Diz called asking me to tell you to see him when you came back. He said something about family matters." Chiz said.

"Can I trust you, then, to take the prisoners to inspection?" I asked.

"You can count on me Captain." Chiz replied with a salute.

I looked back at the prisoners for one second. They look as though the fight has been taken out of them. They are at my mercy, and I just don't know what to do with them yet.

*Time Skip*

"Diz, you said something about family matters?" I asked.

"I see Chiz delivered the message quite well." Diz said.

"Biz, I believe it's time to tell you a secret." Diz added, motioning him to follow me towards his room.

"What is it?" I asked.

"You have a cousin." Diz replied.

Standing by the window, with their back turned to us, was a dark pink alien almost exactly my age.

"This is your cousin, Valentiniz." Diz introduced.

"You can just call me Valentina." Valentina said.

She turned around and looked me over once before responding.

"So, your Captain Biz, huh? Seems kinda crazy thinking that your cousin is a Captain of Vizion." Valentina said.

"And yet your father is the second in command of Vizion." I replied.

"I just meant that I never knew that I had a cousin. The next thing you know, your long lost cousin is a Captain." Valentina said.

"Yeah." I said absent-mindedly.

"You are troubled. You want to learn more about the reasoning behind you assistant's actions." Valentina said.

"How did you know that?" I asked.

"I guess I can read minds. My mother is able to do that." Valentina replied.

"Could you-" I started to say.

"-read your assistant's mind to see what is really going on in their head? Of course!" Valentina finished my thought.
