"Hermione wake up, we're here," I gently nudge Hermione as I try to stand up.

"Mmmm, Draco, hello," She smiles as she stands up and stretches. Hermione plants a small kiss on my lips as she grabs her luggage and book. "Come on Draco, we don't want to be late for the sorting ceremony." My name rolls off her lips like honey and makes me all warm as if I just drank soup.

I quickly grab my luggage and follow Hermione out of the compartment.

"Hermione, are you going to at least tell Potter or Weaslette about us?" I ask her as I look into her sleepy eyes.

"Draco, you know I can't do that. I can just break up with Ron because he's Ron and I can tell Ginny. I know she will understand. But for now, Draco, please don't tell anyone unless you trust them with your life. If you break my heart, Draco Malfoy, Ron and Harry will break you," She breathes as she looks around to see if anyone is watching us.

Hermione awkwardly pats me on the back as she grabs her baggage to leave.

I love you, pops into my head as I watch her go

"Hey, mate. Draco, hello, Earth to Draco." Blaise Zabini snaps his fingers in my face as I shake off my daze.

"Blaise, I think I'm in love." I look at the dark sky as I whisper the words.

"Mate, you just broke up with Pansy. Are you sure you're in love?" Blaise follows my gaze to look up at the sky.

"I love her as she loves me. Blaise, mate, its Hermione. Hermione Granger." I bring my head back down and catch his surprised eyes.

"D-Draco, you like Granger? The Granger we tease, the Ganger who is with Weasley? The Granger who is friends with Potter?" Blaise stutters as his eyes widen to unnatural proportions.

"We kissed. She promised to break up with Weasley for me. And Blaise, one thing, don't tell anyone or I will hex you to the next century." I growl with ferocious eyes as his eyes shrink in fear. "Now, come on, I don't want to be late for the food. I want to see Hermione as well."

"You said her name?" Blaise questions as we grab our belongings and walk toward the only remaining carriage waiting for us. "I mean, I know you like her but that was a shock."

"Blaise," I chuckle. "Let me tell you a little something on our way to Hogwarts...."
