lunch was basically a series of bad decisions to try and fix the earlier bad decision

the Original plan was not to eat anything which would have been okay but i bought two chocolate chip cookies and a rice krispie but then i figured i might as well go all the way so i went to buy actual lunch but then changed my mind from guilt but i was already In The Line so i couldn't leave so i bought a shit ton of sugar and some pizza (i'm lactose intolerant) to make myself vomit so i wouldn't feel full But that didn't work and i don't know how to make myself vomit dhksjdj so now i just feel sick with legit no payoff
