im annoyed i eas doing this thing where i had my arms at my side and then lifted them up to about halfway between a t pose and having them at my sides and then dropped them down so they bounced a bit and then lifted them up again and repeat and i had a hella good rhythm foing but i had to sit down for class and when i stood up again i lost the rhythm im distraught
