"What are you sorry for, Minghao?" Mei asked.

"I didn't know what else to do when I saw you bleeding," he stumbled. "It was too late for a hospital."

"Ming, calm down," she sat up. "What are you sorry for?"

Minghao looked up from his lap and made eye contact with her. "I had to turn you."

"Wait, what?"

"You're a vampire." He said slowly.

"Oh," she shook her head, processing the words. "It's okay, don't feel bad."

"You're not mad?"

"The only thing I would be mad about is you kissing Jaehwa this morning."

"About that," he sighed. "I didn't want to kiss her, she kissed me and I pulled away, but you only saw the kiss."

Mei felt a weight lift off her shoulders, but there was still something heavy. "You promise?"

"I promise," he smiled. "I wouldn't do anything to hurt you."

Mei smiled back at him and then a realization came to her. "I don't know how to be a vampire."

He chuckled. "I'll help you, don't worry. The hardest part is hunger. It's hard to control sometimes and there's a chance that you'll accidentally drain someone," he explained. "So if you ever get hungry, come to me and I'll feed you."

The statement wasn't supposed to be sensual, but it sounded that way to her. "Okay, how do I use my fangs?"

"They come out on their own, like when you're about to feed off of someone." He told you.

Mei nodded. "What kind of vampire are you?"

"Pure blood. Since I was the one who turned you, you're a level under pure bloods, but since you already see visions, your power and energy is head on with mine."

"This is kinda cool." Mei nodded her head in astonishment.

"I'm glad you're not mad. I really didn't want you to die."

"I'm glad I didn't die," the girl chuckled, getting up from the couch. "Let's go make something to eat."

She grabbed his hand and dragged him into the kitchen. "What do you have in mind?" He asked.

"Ramen? Something simple."

"Sounds good."

The two of them started making the ramen and Mei remembered what happened that morning. "Something odd happened today."

"What?" He asked.

"Someone was in my kitchen this morning."

Minghao stopped what he was doing and looked at her. "Like an intruder?"

"No, no. It was Boyoung," she smiled and he tilted his head. "It was just his spirit but we talked, and it was nice."

"That's sweet. What'd he say?"

"He told me he was doing fine and that he loved me. He said he'd visit again when he got another chance."

"I'm glad you got to talk to him again."

Mei smiled again. "Me, too."

Soon the ramen was done and they sat down to eat. Mei shoved ramen into her mouth, like usual, but she became confused when it hit her taste buds.

"Ming, I can barely taste it." She pouted.

Minghao smiled and leaned in a bit. "Vampires don't need food. We only eat normal food as a filler for when we don't have blood."

Mei crossed her arms. "That's probably the only thing I won't like about being a vampire."

"You just like food."

"Yeah, obviously." She laughed.

Soon, they were done with their food and they went into the living room, where they decided to watch a movie.

"What movie?"

A little smirk played at Minghao's lips. "How about Fifty Shades of Grey?"

"Why not?" She said, which clearly caught Minghao off guard for a second. "Did you think I'd deny?"

"Uh, yeah, I did," he ruffled her hair. "Little miss pure."

Mei smiled at him and he put the movie in. She leaned her head on his shoulder, but throughout the movie, his shoulder got a little uncomfortable. So, she took a leap of faith and laid on his lap. He tensed a bit at the sudden action, but relaxed under her head. Right before the movie was over, she made sure to rest her hand on his inner thigh, so she could rest her head on it. Mei heard his breathing hitch, but he relaxed and his breathing went normal again. When the movie ended, she slowly lifted her head, then her hand off of Minghao's lap.

"Mei?" He mumbled.

"Yes?"

"Do you want to go on a date tomorrow?"

She made eye contact with him and smiled. "Of course I do, Minghao."

"Great," he sighed in relief. "Now, how about Fifty Shades Darker?"

Mei nodded, and he played the movie. She laid back down with her hand on his thigh and her head on top of it, but this time Minghao put his hand on her waist, sending butterflies through her stomach. She didn't know how he felt while watching this movie, but she felt really flustered watching it while being under Minghao's touch. Soon the movie was over, and she was too tired to watch the third movie.

"You can stay here, since it's late." She told him.

"Where will I sleep?" He asked.

"Uh, with me?" Mei stated slowly. "As if I would make you sleep on the couch. Who do you think I am?"

He smiled. "Okay, princess, I'll stay over. We'll have to stop by my house in the morning so I can change for our date."

The girl smiled as she nodded and headed upstairs. She got ready for bed and laid down, then he wrapped his arms around her waist and she snuggled further into his chest.

"Goodnight, Mei."

"Goodnight, Minghao."
