"Jesus, I can't believe this day has come already." You smile, zipping your best friend's dress.

Venus smiles at you in the mirror, eyes sparkling as she bats her eyelashes. Her and Namjoon decided on their wedding date. And here you are, now placing her clipped veil in her hair. Her dress is incredible and hugs her in all the right places. It's very elegant. All white, floral pattern throughout its entirety, long sleeves that are see-through lace when embroidered floral. The mermaid dress hugs her sides and flares out as it reaches her mid thigh. The train is and 3 feet in length, so it's less likely to catch and get stuck. Her dress is unlike any other, and this dress screamed Venus as soon as you watched her put it on.

"I'm marrying my best friend in an hour. It's insane."

There's a knock on the door of the bride's room, Venus's mother entering shortly with a very much awake baby Nami. She sets her views on her mommy and breaks out in the biggest grin. Her dimples are deep like tiny swimming pools, just like her dad's. The older she gets, the more she looks like Namjoon but with Venus's eyes.

Venus puts her arms out, Nami reaching for her. Nami's little dress is a almost a mini replica of Venus's. It's white but the skirt is puffy, almost like a tutu. The sleeves are long and lace and  have the a floral pattern covering them. Her hair is long and black, put up in 2 little pigtails. The baby isn't one to wear shoes, so she's got on little white socks with ruffles on them.

"You look gorgeous. Are you ready, honey?" Venus's mom asks her. "You know, this is a huge commitment. There's no turning back."

Venus kisses Nami's dimpled cheek, smiling at her baby as she giggles. "Mom, I've never been more sure about anything more in my life. I'm so in love with Namjoon. And he has given me my greatest gift in Nami. I can't see my life without him."

Her mom's eyes are glossy as she walks toward her daughter and granddaughter. She leaves a gentle kiss to her forehead, quickly wiping away tears. "I'm so proud of you, Veve."

"Thank you, mom. I love you." Venus holds up her head. "I cannot cry. This makeup took me ages."

They both laugh and her mom quickly wipes them for her before it runs down. You take this as the perfect candid moment and snap some pictures with the extra camera Taehyung packed. You're going to make a scrap book out of some of these pictures and the three-generation picture is perfect for it.

"Wait," her mom says. "Who's going to walk Nami in? Seeing as I'm walking you down the isle?"

"I'll do it." You speak up. "Well, Taehyung and I, that is. I'll go let him know."

"Thanks, Y/n. And can you tell Kendall and Sijoo to come back? It's getting close and if I don't see them in the next 5 minutes, I will become bitchzilla."

You laugh as you nod, grabbing Nami from Venus and walking out of the room. Your friends come around the corner and smile at you.

"Hey," Sijoo starts. "Everything is looking good. The people are arriving, catering has the reception area set up, and the guys look amazing."

"Good. I do, however suggest that you make your way into that room that our lovely bride is in. We don't want a bitchzilla to be unleahed. Do we, Nami?" You coo the last part, earning a smile from a gummy, dimpled Nami.

"Point taken." Kendall says, pulling on Sijoo's arm.

The door opens and you hear Venus. "I swear to fucking shesus, I was gonna flip a damn table!"

You laugh, making your way toward where the sanctuary. You see Namjoon, talking with his mom and smiling widely. He's just as excited as Venus. You look around, seeing Taehyung's back facing you.

"Tae." You call out and he turns.

He smiles widely as you come closer and instead of giving you a kiss, he attacks Nami with tiny kisses to her cheeks. She giggles loudly, grabbing at his face. He chuckles, then kisses your lips softly. "You look amazing."

"Thank you, handsome. So, since Venus's mom is walking her down the isle, she-"

"Wait, I never asked. What's up with her dad?"

"Or you mean her shit of a sperm donor?"

"That bad, huh?" Taehyung grabs Nami as she reaches for him.

You nod, smoothing out your dress. "Yeah. Venus isn't fully Korean."

"Oh?"

"Yeah. You didn't know she was mixed? Half American. Her 'father' was here on business. Met her mom, knocked her up, and when she told him she was pregnant, left to go back to America because he already had a wife and kids."

"Oh wow. That's fucked up." Taehyung walks with you, toward the lobby area. "So her mom played both roles?"

"Yeah, at a young age. She had Venus when she was 18. But as you can see, Venus turned out great. Her mom gave her the world. And Venus promised to become a doctor and give the world back to her." You smile.

Taehyung looks at Nami in his arms, smiling. "You and your daddy have an amazing mommy, little one."

"I'll say."

"At least Nami has both her parents."

You nod, happiness always filling your heart when you think about it. Venus never had a father, but Nami does. That's all she's ever wanted. Her offspring to have 2 loving parents.

"Okay, sorry for interrupting." Taehyung says. "You were saying something about walking down the aisle."

"Right." You nod. "We're walking Nami down with us."

"You and I?"

"Yup. Right pumpkin?" You smile as you allow Nami to wrap her hand around your finger.

"Y/n! Venus wants you!" Kendall yells and you nod at her.

Taehyung walks with you back to see Venus and when you walk in, she's in full on tears. The only thing keeping her makeup from smearing is the Kleenex. You run to her, catching her attention.

"Y/n, where were you?"

"I was talking with Taehyung about the still aisle plan. What's going on? What's wrong?"

"What if when I get down there, Namjoon changes his mind?" She hiccups.

"Ve, that isn't-"

"Here." Taehyung hands you the baby and sits next to Venus, grabbing her hands. "Venus, what makes you think that?"

"Everything happened so fast. We got engaged, had a baby, and now getting married. All in less than 2 years. What if he isn't ready?"

"I talk to hyung almost everyday. And all he talks about is you. He can't imagine what his life would be like without you."

"He does?"

"Of course he does. Who pushed to have the wedding this soon?"

"Namjoon."

"And who proposed?"

"Namjoon."

"Right. And that man is out there at the alter, waiting on his bride. Are you ready to marry him?" Venus nods enthusiastically. "And Namjoon has been waiting to marry you since he put that ring on your finger."

Venus smiles, her tears finally stopping. "Okay. Let's do this."

Taehyung stands, her hand still in his as he helps her up and pulls her into a hug. "Namjoon-hyung is out there waiting for you to take his last name. And I know you want to."

"I do." She smiles.

"Tell him that. You look beautiful, Venus."

Taehyung nods, kissing your forehead before he walks out of the room to probably meet up with Yoongi and Jimin.

"Fuck, man." Kendall whines. "I need me a Taehyung."

"You!? Hell, what about me?" Sijoo adds.

You can't help but laugh. Your boyfriend is a keeper. You look at a now grinning Venus. "So, are you really ready now?"

"More than anything!"
