Violanthe Joanne "Violet" Benton is the main protagonist and narrator in the mystery, suspenseful Violet-verse series, VIOLET. Violet Benton is portrayed by Sofia Black D'elia.

Violet Benton was a homeschooled high school student at Somerville High, a cheerleader member of the Somerville High Eaglettes, and a member of the Cobras, with her older sister, Boni Benton, being the ringleader, making her the Cobra Princess. She grew up in her parent's hometown of Arrington. And was committed into Oak Valley For Troubled Peers for her anger management issues.

Throughout the VIOLET-verse series, Violet Benton has become the Knight In Purple Armor, and would even sacrifice herself to save her best friends and loved ones. And even has become a confident counselor to her best friends. And has rejoined her older sister's, Boni's, gang group, The Cobras.

Violet had a romantic crush on Jonny Harper, but upon learning that he was in a romantic relationship with Monica Sinclair, she emotionally avoided him, and not wanting to form a love triangle, she became bestie buddies with Jonny Harper.

Before she took a leave of absence from Somerville High, Aaron and Violet had a brief romance, but he knew that Violet wasn't completely over Jonny and so, they broke up.

While at Oak Valley, she met and became attractive to Wyler Everton. Although, Wyler and Violet were attractive to each other, she didn't quite pursue him because she wanted to get herself and her mind straight. But eventually, Wyler and Violet had hooked up with each other, and formed a brief romantic relationship.

When Violet came back to Somerville High, Aaron and Violet had reconciled their romantic relationship, which made Jonny become slightly jealous, and also because, despite, Jonny being with Monica Sinclair, a apart of him was still in love with Violet.

But Jonny and Violet agreed to remain best friends, for the sake of Jonny's relationship with Monica. And Violet not wanting a love triangle.

After Violet sacrificially gave herself to Eleanor Reese to protect her best friends, loved ones, and her cared ones, Jonny almost reciprocated his romantic feelings for her at the Arrington General Hospital, but Violet told him to keep it to himself, and so, he did, and awaits for the right opportunity to do so.

After Jonny and Monica broke up, Violet comforted him. And he thanked for her being there for him with a Scooby-Doo book as a gift, which made Monica, slightly jealous, which she gotten over.

Jonny and Violet even had their kiss, which shocked them both, because he was broken up with Monica, and she was temporarily with Aaron.

Violet had honestly told Aaron that Jonny kissed her, and she kissed him back, which Aaron forgave her.

Violet would also tell false things to Aaron, saying that they couldn't be romantically together anymore, to protect him and her best friends, from her psychopathic nemesis, Eleanor Reese. And because Violet knew that Eleanor Reese would make Aaron and the Benton Gang, leverage.

But Aaron and Violet would breakup for the second and last time at senior prom, because Aaron already knew, despite the chemistry connection between Jonny and her, that a little part of Violet still had romantic feelings for Jonny.

And so, Aaron and Violet remained together and spent a intimacy night with each other for the last time as a couple. And the two departed from each other, as best friends.

Five years later, Violet has become a Special Agent, alongside her two special agent partners, her best friends, Craig Hudson and Maggie Pollard-Hudson.

Violet is the daughter of Jacob and Tasha Benton, the younger sister to Boni Benton, will become the girlfriend to Jonny Harper, ex-girlfriend turned best friend to Wyler Everton, the ex-girlfriend to Aaron Hayfield, has a cut healed wound on her left cheek, a former high school homeschooled student at Somerville High School, and former college student at Willow University. And Violet has chronic stress.

When Violet was a child, she grew to adore Cinderella. And grew to dislike Lady Tremaine, (who was jealous and envious of Cinderella), so, that led Violet to dislike jealousy and envy. She grew to adore, Sandy Olsson. And her favorite song is "You're The One I Want." from Grease. And she also loves Scooby-Doo, which she developed amateur sleuthing.

She has best friends and buddies, and is the pretty cool person. She was at Oak Valley For Troubled Peers. And her hobby is video games.

Underneath Violet's Sweetheart, is a dark-side, Dark Violet. Despite her being the serious and tough person, she can be silly and goofy.

Personality
A Sweetheart, tough, silly, goofy person, Violet is adored by her best friends, who she likes to help whether they ask for it or not. She walks the walk, talks the talk, and doesn't take any nonsense from nobody. She can be a little bit reckless when it comes to protecting her best friends or her loved ones, or people that she cares deeply about. She also has become The Knight In Purple Armor.
