Luca's POV

Returning to the dining room, I faced my brothers, who were now watching me with a mix of curiosity and concern. 

"Was it work?" Roman and Dante asks me, his eyebrows raised. I shook my head. 

I sigh and take a seat.

"We found her." I reply, not wanting to mention her name, my voice coming out unsteady, but with relief. 

Stunned silence fills the room with tension as i watch my brothers jaw's drop and their faces shocked. Their eyes widen and it was like this for a few minutes. We have never mentioned her in our conversations for years.

"We need to prepare for her return," I continued, my voice firm. "There will be many things to address, and we must ensure that we are ready." 

"She really is?" Roman asked his voice above a whisper. I nodded. His eyes twitched.

"I..." He trailed off. "Actually, never mind," He cleared his throat before getting up from the table and going up to his office. 

"Mia, please clean the tables and all of you can leave for tonight." I tell one of the maids before getting up from the table and motioning the boys to follow me.

They stand up, and i go to the stairs and press the elevator, which takes up to the 4th floor where all of our offices are located.

The sound of our shoes clicks on the cold marble floor, the tension building an uneasy feeling. 

Seth, my personal bodyguard opens the door and i get in followed by everyone.

"Speak." 

"Luca we can't take her in." Xander speaks with rage. "We can't let her! We can't! She will be in danger, and she can't know about our work and business. Plus, isn't she safe where she is?!" He shouts.

"Xander, mind your Tone! Violet is our sister for crying out loud, and she is not safe. We have to install more security and protection, we have a long week ahead, before she comes back. This is final and you all have to make her feel home and not left out. Understood?" I say firmly.

They all nod their heads except Xander who rolls his eyes.

"Seth, look up for any information about the people who took violet, and get information about her. I need my papers sorted on my desk before midnight." I order before booming out of the office and into my room.

I take a shower and change into workout clothes and go to the gym and punch the punching bags till i was tired. I never really do, i guess.

I take a gun and shoot the bullets till they are gone to the hard walls, the gunshots echoing loudly.

"Luca" I hear Elijah's voice. I turn around to see him at the door of the gym. 

"What?" I snap. "Woah, i mean no harm, i just came up... with some information. Security is tightened and her rooms preparing, i can pick her up. If that's okay." He speaks quickly.

"Good. I will be there in my office in a bit." I tell him before taking a large gulp from my water bottle.
