"Knock Knock.." I hear a voice talk. The figure opens the curtains, and it blinds my eyes. I peel open my eyes and my blurred vision sees a black figure and my heartrate quickens. I take the nearest object to me, which was my book, aka, hard cover and has over 500 pages.

The person groans and I rub my eyes to see roman on the floor, clutching his head. A small smile creeps to my face, and it goes away as soon as roman looks back up, with an amused expression flittered on his face.

"God dayum sis, I never knew you hit like iron man," 

The door to my room opens and Luca, Xander and Lorenzo Walk right in. 

"Uh, why is Roman on the floor, and why aren't you guys down yet?" Lorenzo asks. Luca looks at me for a split second, And I immediately look back. They look intimidating as ever, their eyes are dark, only Lorenzo's who's slightly look a bit softer.

I see 2 more people enter the room which happens to be Xavier, Elijah and Dante who crashes me into a hug.

My mind flashes into the memories, and I push them away and tears form in my eyes.

'Gosh why do you have to cry all the time'

I look back up in guilt and see all 7 of my brothers looking at me, Xander who looked annoyed, Elijah looking apologetic, Xavier and Roman and Lorenzo looking shocked.

Luca was the only one who had no expression.

"Everyone, get out of the room and let violet get ready. Vaeh, I'll be waiting for you downstairs," Dante glances at me one last time before leaving the room. 

I quickly get dressed into a comfy outfit which is a long-sleeve cream-colored top that feels soft and elegant. I pair it with high-waisted black trousers, and I cover all my scars with makeup as usual.

I take my phone and go downstairs where everyone else is waiting for me. They were all seated at the dining table, and I take a seat next to roman who is smiling at me.

Elijah slides a plate with waffles and a glass of apple juice Infront of me. I give him a tight tipped smile and look back at everyone else who are staring at me.

"What, is something wrong? My face? Oh, it's probably my hair since I didn't style it yet, or maybe just my outfit, it's so simple and pukey..but I was just trying to hurry up you know..." I trail off when I realized I was rambling.

My face turns red, and I hide my face, and I hear a few chuckles. 

"No, you look perfectly fine bambina. Luca and I have something to discuss though," Dante said.

I nod and eat a piece of my of my waffles.

Luca clears his throat before beginning to speak. "Well bambina. You are going to be starting school in from tomorrow onwards and since you already had clothes, we will get you the items needed for school. Xander and Xavier as well as Roman go there so no need to be afraid," 

I drop my fork to the plate creating a banging noise and I flinch. 

School!?

No, I'm not prepared for this. 

No no no no.

I feel a protective hand wrap over my shoulders and Roman gives me a reassuring smile.

"O-okay," I manage to choke out.

I move some hair away from my face and i hear a string of gasps. I quickly look to see that the neck of my top had stretched a bit-revealing one of my infected scars which were not bandaged. Tears form and I gasp and cover it with my hand, let out a sob.

No!

They saw it.

They saw what they did, and now they will hate me.

My brothers cannot know about this, they can't!

'Welp, too bad your exposed. C'mon, go ahead, don't be a chicken'

SHUT UP

"Violet...." I hear Luca's deadly cold voice. I don't even look back up, I keep going backwards and backwards until i hit a stack of plates, sending them to the ground and smashing. I slip and fall to the ground hitting my head and, in a millisecond, everything goes black.
