2.Objective2: increase rice: productivity for the poor households in selected provinces by 50kg from 150kg/360m2 in 2006

3.goal: redue illiteracy of the ethenic ninority group in Viet Nam 2020

objective: to teach basic literacy skill to 200 ethnic ninority groups in selected provinces by dec 2015

Output1: 2000 ethenic minority people in selected province in VN will attend the training on base literacy skills.

Act1.1 to conduct 20 day training couse on basic literacy skills for the present activies of ethenic minority groups in HB province

Act1.2:conducting public information campaign to ethenic minority house by loudspeakers and leaflets

Output2: 20 literacy clubs for the ethenic minority groups in selected province will be formed at least 2000 ethenic minority people will access to these clubs

Ac2.1 to establish literacy clubs for the ethenic minority groups in selected province

Ac2.2 to motivate the ethenic minority people to attend the literacy clucb at least two a month.
