leilani ryan and tom holland had been best friends since the beginning of time. at the age of seventeen, leilani confessed her adoration for tom and although he reciprocated the feeling, his career was beginning to soar. he was too worried that his life would become a cliché; dating his dream girl but the fame and fortune ruining it all, so he told her to wait.

five years have passed, and the pair of twenty-two year olds are close as can be. but leilani has waited one too many years, and finally decides to tell tom that she's had enough. she loves him, but he'd rather spend his time online rather than facing reality. the internet is beginning to control his life and emotions, and it's only a matter of time before it ruins it.
