LIGHTS LIT UP THE SKY AND TREMENDOUS THUNDER IGNITES THE HORIZON, LEAVING STUDENTS TO WATCH WITH FASCINATION. The storm was so intriguing, so many series of intricate lightning strikes detailed the moody clouds, some flinching at the sheer brightness of one's that came too close.

And then there was nothing.

The clouds stop shaking, the intense lettering of rain on the glass ceased and the lightning that propelled each and every student of class 3A to snap out of their trance. Instead of the thunder, lights of all colours cast through the cloud, flying further and further away until nothing remained of them.

There was no questions, and certainly no answers. Just wonder. Of what they saw, or what they thought they saw.

"What... Just happened?" One asked, palms on the thick glass to try and peer into the darkened clouds, as if he would see anything. Another merely shook her head, giving a sigh.

"Well, whatever it is, it's gone, so I guess it doesn't matter." She was right, and everyone knew that. Well, expect for one.

"What if that was someone's quirk? Gah, that's so cool!" He squealed, leaning back on his chair, arms to the sky as he saw the angry face of a friend behind him.

"Get your shitty hair away from my desk, Shitty Hair."

"Oh come on, it's been three years and you still don't call me Kirishima?!" He pouted, but it didn't effect the boy in the slightest, simply sighing before crossing his arms, eyes closed.

"Alright everyone, get back to work." A cleary tired teacher commanded, waking up from his usual nap to direct the class again. "Its your last class for today, make it count." Most groaned, but complied easily. One student, however, was still staring at the solemn grey clouds that blocked out the sun.

Sighing, he returned to his studies, studying the awfully drawn pictures in the margins of his page and the poorly written notes on the topic. He wasn't sure what he saw, but he knew for sure that he had seen something.

Something... strange.

"This place... is so... unique?" A being whispered to themself, a sense of curiousity in their voice. The air was fresh, and the grass a comforting green, but it was the clouds that cast a shadow over everything. Looking around, she concluded that this must be Earth, and that civilisation must be around the corner.

Wherever that corner was, however, was still to be determined.

"Out of all the galaxies, why must I have come to this planet? It's seems so plain." They mumbled, their feet moving before their mind processed just where they were going. Perhaps if they asked someone, anyone where 'here' was, then maybe they could deduct just how close their goal was.

But for the time being, they simply walked through the coated forest, intrigued about every little thing, and touching anything they could reach out to. Pale green hands caressed bark as slender fingers trickled over the over hanging leaves, wide magenta eyes scanning the area and picking up every detail, grey antenna twitching at every noise.

Long royal purple hair draped down to their waist, and fluttered as they walked, the breeze flowing straight through the fine hair. Wearing a leather jacket with shorts and black boots, they set out for a path, one that would lead them to where they needed to be. The trees started to clear, and hope blossomed in their chest.

Beyond the tree line, life bloomed in the form of a diverse city, with skyscrapers and people of all kind walking down the street. The sight was beautiful to behold, leaving the short being infatuated with the scene. With a smile and an insatiable desire to explore, the being bee-lined for the city, eyes wondering to every detail this place had to offer.

The loud noises, the busseling of the city, the chit chat and calls from the streets, it was so invigorating! Different kinds of people were plentiful, and no one seemed to care about appearances. Truly a land of acceptance. Maybe, they were starting to think differently about this place. Maybe they thought this might be better than home.

Maybe this could be home.

Shaking their head, they walked further into the city, avoiding the busy sidewalks and gawking at every unique individual. So many colours, so many different mutants. Turning the corner, they embraced themselves to be met with more sky piercing buildings of glass.

Instead, they embraced someone else.

Colliding with someone, they fell to the ground, but their wrist was snatched, making their landing more softer then it would've been.

"Woah! S-Sorry! That's my bad." Open magenta eyes sparkled as they glanced at the person, cocking their head to the side curiously.

"Damn, she's really cute..."

"Why is she looking at me like that?"

"Reminds me of Mina a little bit... but with antenna instead of horns."

"Uhm, here." The black haired boy heaved them up, but not quite letting go of their hand just yet. Instead, he held it softly looking at the being like a concerned mother. "Are you okay? I didn't hurt you, did I?" He asked worredly, practically begging for an answer from the otherwise silent person. Shaking their head, they blew a strand of royal purple hair from their face.

"Ah, no. I... I'm okay?" They didn't seem sure, but only stared at their hand being held fondly by this male species. Was this some sort of greeting? Or perhaps he's just letting them read his thoughts. The warmth from their hand was stolen, as he retracted his hand, fumbling with his fingers as his face was coated in a strange pink tint.

"A-Ah, my bad, that, uhm, probably made you uncomfortable, huh?" Silence. "Well, I'm, uh, Sero. Hanta Sero, what's your name?" He asked, the tint on his face only darkening with every glance he gave the confused being. He sounded anxious, with his stuttering. They blinked, before a hand went to his forehead, making the poor boy freeze.

"Your face... Why is it suddenly... red? Do you have a fever?" Their wrist was snatched as the boy held her wrist in his bigger hand, holding it just in front of his chest. Sero shook his head violently, so much that they thought he could get a concussion.

"Oh god, oh god, oh god why?"

"So close. Oh, that's a little too close."

"I think I could get high on her perfume... it smells like vanilla and lavender."

"Gah! I'm n-not sick! I'm just, uh, embarrassed!" He squeaked, making them take a step back. "Besides, you didn't really answer my question..." He switched the subject, making the person lower their hand and nod.

"I am Y/N Renzu of the Spatial Kingdom, second princess to the throne."

❝HOLD UP, WHAT.❞
