I'm actually quite proud of these. I finally learnt how to crappily shade with pens. Don't ask where the heck the light source is, I have no idea... Anyways, I thought I'd explain a bit about the concepts and stuff here, as these are all concept pieces for characters. Still working on that story. I love that guy in the middle tho, he's really cool, and I kinda like his design. May be a final character design, idk yet. I accidentally draw Mallory in her old design, she actually has a new one now... Whoops.

I thought I'd better just explain a little bit about the storyline here, so I'm not just randomly doing characters for nothing, and no one knows wtf I'm doing. This story takes place in Infyrnia, a distant dimension that is literally like an RPG game, but in real life. The 'player' is a human that somehow wanders into Infyrnia from our dimension, and is stuck in this weird place without any way out. An important thing to mention is, the player possesses the power to respawn." After death, the soul will reform and repair the human's body, even if it's damaged beyond repair, so the player can go right back to where they were before and confront their opponent once again.

Soon after you enter the game for the first time, you wander into a creepy forest, and tall man comes towards you with a strange offer. He introduces himself as 'Sudoku' (the dude in black in the media), and tells you he can get you home; you just have to give him your ability to respawn. The player refuses (cuz he's creepy looking), and he seemingly doesn't care, telling the player that they'll change your mind eventually and disappearing into the mist. As the mist clears, the player sees a friendly village. They eventually learn that beating the game (making it to the end) will send them straight home.
