My mum dug out these old acrylic paints for me, and I was giving them a light squeeze to see if they were still liquid or of they had turned into solids. Unfortunately, one of them had a leak in the other end, and suddenly there was just paint all over the table, and my mum was like "VESPER, QUICK, PAINT A PICTURE." Yeah... Origin of this one. My workspace was covered in paint, so that's why there are one or two weird spots. Love that hair tho. After I found my small brush, I just loved it. Gotta say, acrylic paint is really different to watercolours tho. It's really thick, but surprisingly easy and fun to work with. I like the thick layers, but shading really is beyond me. Like, with watercolours, you use less water in the darker areas, and mix other colours in and dab it with a tissue or whatever, but with acrylics, dammit its so THICK. Excuse the messy sketch, I was in a rush before the paint dried.
