Amos 2:4

"Thus says the Lord: 'For three transgressions of Judah, and for four, I will not turn away its punishment, because they have despised the law of the Lord, and have not kept His commandments. Their lies lead them astray, lies which their fathers followed.'"

(Contrary to what society believes, the Lord is not just a fluffy lovey-dovey guy Who saves everyone and punishes no one. God is a God of judgment and punishment against the unrighteous and those who profane His name. We are only saved because of Christ's sacrifice. Otherwise, we'd be doomed to Hell as everyone else.)
