Joel 3:15-16

"The sun and moon will grow dark, and the stars will diminish their brightness."

"The Lord also will roar from Zion(Heaven), and utter his voice from Jerusalem; the heavens and earth will shake; but the Lord will be a shelter for His people, and the strength of the children of Israel."

(It's not just Israel. This is the Old Testament, so they were still living in the Old Covenant. But we are in the New Covenant: the Church Age. The Holy Spirit dwells in us, and God will shelter us from any storm and the raging of life and this earth against us.)
