I Corinthians 3:6-7

"I (Paul) planted, Apollos watered, but God gave the increase."

"So then neither he who plants is anything, nor he who waters, but God who gives the increase."

(Meaning those who minister or spread the Gospel have no affect on if a person becomes saved or not. You present it to them, but ultimately God is the One Who decides if that person shall be saved or not.)
