3rd person pov- After around an hour of people walking in and seeing ghost, him and Toast both were now just walking around the halls. Side by side. They were mostly silent while they walked around. But neither of them could shake the feeling of being watched or followed. Ghost sighed quietly to himself and looked at Toast. "Johnny, do you feel like we're being followed?" Toast nods, still looking up ahead. He puts his hand on his salt knife. "Yes sir. I feel like we're being watched as well." Ghost looked around still walking by Toast. Then, a horrid laugh came from behind both of the investigators.

Ghost pov- I flinch and I try turning around but I feel myself get shot back into a wall. I feel my body go into shock and start going numb. I manage to open my eyes just to see Toast standing again. I see a far to familiar face appear behind him. "J-JOHNNY BEHIND YOU!!" I watch as Toast turns and swings his salt knife at the cold hearted ghost that dared to attack us. Maxwell.

Toast Pov- I swing behind me and face Maxwell. A long time enemy of sirs. He had his smug face and he caught my arm with the knife. Maxwell goes and slams me to the wall. He let's me fall on the floor and I see sir stand up, pulling out his salt hand held pistol. I hear the gun go off but I see no Maxwell. I stand up and look around. "Show Yourself Maxwell!!" I said sternly. To make myself sound tougher than the ghost.

Ghost pov- I look to Toast. I feel a slight blush go to my face. He's so brave to stand up to Maxwell like that. My enemy. I look around to not become distracted by Toast. "Where'd He Go?!" I see Toast look at me and shake his head. That's when I see Maxwell appear again behind Toast. "JOHHNY BEHIND-" I gave a to late of a heads up. I watched as Maxwell grabbed Toast from his head and trapped him in a very harsh looking choke hold.

Toast Pov- I jolt and struggle with Max, getting trapped in the choke hold. I know a bit of information about Maxwell. He's a level 25 ghost entity, so he can physically harm me. Or kill me if he wanted. But I know he doesn't want to waste his time with me, he wants to kill sir. But that's not gonna happen. I go and kick Maxwell in the shin, very hard and the flip the ghost over my back onto the floor. I hear Max wince. He snarls at me. "STUPID TOAST! ILL GET YOU BACK FOR THIS!!!!" I feel myself get slammed into the floor and when I open my eyes again, Maxwell was gone. Now I knew I was in for something when Maxwell returned.
