Hey guys, I just want to ask if Stoner is a copyrighted character.
For one thing, he and Rocky are quite similar as they both look alike. If I need to change my 3rd and final OC, then please inform me because I plan on doing a bunch of stuff like writing novels, making games and if possible a TV show with my characters and Stoner is inspired by Rocky from BFDI by jacknjellify who appears to be a smaller version of Rocky
