Me and my mother got into a argument today. She ends up screaming and yelling at me while I try to tell her how she and my father are scaring me. She knows darn well that I have trauma from my dad in the past. She was yelling at me and getting close to my face. When she was yelling at me she ended up making me cry my eyes out to the point my throat felt like it was swelling up also my stomach was in pain from how hard I was crying. I explain to her, yelling that she is not doing any better at yelling/screaming at me. Next thing you know she says "This is why me and your father have problems, it's because it's your fault!". By the time she realized what she said I already left to go to my room and cry my eyes out some more. When I locked the door she said "I'm sorry I didn't mean it!". One hour later, she ends up telling my father what happened but I wasn't able to hear of what they were talking about mostly because I had my headphones on. Next day comes and everyone acts like nothing happens.
