To those suffering from depression or any other horrible disorder:

I know it feels like you're all alone and you're gonna suffer forever, but it's not like that at all. You're never alone and you're not gonna suffer forever, trust me. There is light at the end of the tunnel. Find that light and you'll be happy, you'll be safe for now.

And I know how it feels to be so depressed that I can't even get out of bed. I know how it feels to be so scared of people, to lock myself in my room alone in a dark room. I know that it's tough and it feels so unfair, but you'll get through it because I know you can. If you can go through this hell, then I'm sure you can crawl your way back to the surface and start floating above water again.

Just know that there is always a way and suicide/cutting should never be an answer. One day, you're going to hate that you've ever left those scars but you will love them nonetheless. Because it shows how strong you are. You're able to overcome this challenge.
