Everything we're told about love as a kid is a handful of lies. There's no Prince Charming coming to get you. There's no Princess that needs saving. We're told that life is great. That nothing will be a pain to deal with. That there will be no struggles. That everything will be given to you on a silver platter. We're told that everything is going to be easy. That there's no stress or worry in the world. As you grow up, everything you've been taught, you realize everything is a lie. That love isn't as simple as it is the fairy tales. That life isn't so great. That nothing is ever gonna be done without working for it. I'd tell you when I started to realize this but that would be useless. People don't listen to others opinions or words. They claim to, but, in reality, everyone is an egocentric being. We only care about ourselves. If it were the end of the world, you wouldn't give a damn about others. You would focus on your own survival. Yes, you might team up with some people, but ultimately you're using them. If I have offended any of you, I am true sorry. That was never my intention. But, with my opinion of the world in this chapter, I couldn't hold anything back.
